This was my first trip to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change place and I have to say that I was very impressed. They were fast and courteous very professional. I didn't even have to get out of my car. It was a little pricey but for the convenience it was worth it. My husband is all the time telling me that he'll change it but he's not able to do it so this worked out fine.

Well first it started by not speaking to me, the two guys that was there were to busy talking about their personal lives. Customer service is not the same anymore. One person was working both bays and didn’t check my air filter or asked was there anything else I needed done. It’s about customer service not the location of the business or the price, Customer service will make you #1 or shut you down. Pal’s has the best customer service in hamburger industry.

I went for an oil change and was told that my transmission fluid should be changed. Well I did that. On the way home my car was sluggish. This was twice in my way home. I live about 40 miles from where I had it serviced. I called Valvoline back the next day. I had to open a claim. I called my local transmission center and was told that Nissans are very sensitive to other transmission fluids and if it wasn’t Nissan transmission fluid then that could be the problem. I looked at my receipt and Valvoline was used. When I spoke with the call service I was told that the Valvoline transmission was universal. The manager, Rob, came to inspect the vehicle and took several pictures. He said he would run it by his manager, no name given, which he did and I received a call from Rob saying his manager said the claim was denied. The car was not inspected properly. It should have been taken to a transmission specialist to verify the issue. So, I am not happy because I will have to get my car inspected by a specialist, pay for this out of my own pocket. I do not have another vehicle. I can’t see the transmission mechanic for10 days!! I had to pay $189 for the transmission fluid at Valvoline. No one drove my car, they only took pictures. I have a 2017 Nissan Altima and it was running great until this incident. I would recommend NOT getting transmission fluid unless it is your cars brand. It’s like you are SOL and no restitution was offered !!!

Pulled in 615, already out 633p.m. Have been here several times and usually they check my signal lights, tire pressure, fluids, etc... Pretty sure the oil E Vac was removed before it was even finished. I ask for my tire pressure to be checked, but he never told me if any were low. He didnt check any fluids, lights, signals etc.. They've always refilled my washer fluid etc.. He did nothing. Had to reset my own oil life light. Felt like he rushed us in and out quickly as possible. Could tell his mind was elsewhere for sure, kept looking at his phone. Usually there's more than one person at the computer and/or servicing my car but unfortunately he was the only person that dealt with us. Highly disappointed. EDIT-I went over my invoice on my email last night, it states that my washer fluid was filled, fluids were checked and OK and that my oil life was reset. All of that is FALSE

Honestly this is my favorite place to get an oil change. They always take care of us and make suggestions for things that can enhance the quality of our engine's health without being pushy. They're very affordable. I always come prepared with Kindle on my phone and a beverage to enjoy while I wait. They don't waste time though and even when they're very busy, I've never waited more than 45 minutes. That was on an extremely busy day! The guys are all professional and friendly and very good at their jobs.
