Decent customer service but they lied to me saying both my brake lights were out. I think he tried to pull some sleight of hand by turning my lights from auto to off before “checking” the lights. Will never be back.

4/8/25 vehicle 1, 5 stars! Friendly techs. Apologetic for delays due to low staff (only 3 guys) at a busy time. Crew moved efficiently and had vehicles serviced quickly given the work load at the time I was there. 4/9/25 vehicle 2 Service was done quickly, service tech explained recommended service items (cabin air filter replacement) and did not pressure me when I declined replacement. The entire encounter, however, was soured by the CSR working this day. From the start he gave me a hard time about the fact that my last service sticker came from a competitor, asking why I didn’t go there today. The missed opportunity to welcome a new customer will impact my choice for service the next time I am too busy to service my vehicle on my own.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Valvoline for service on my vehicle, and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience. I came in with a great deal of anxiety about my car, which I feared might be turned away due to some maintenance concerns. However, the team, led by Kevin (I think his name was), turned this nerve-wracking situation into one of complete reassurance and professionalism. Kevin , who I believe is a manager or lead, stood out with his calm demeanor and clear explanations throughout the process. He assured me that despite the car’s state, they could address the issues . This was a huge relief, especially after receiving a staggering quote of $19,000 from the dealership, which had claimed the engine needed a rebuild with no other alternatives. Kevin and the team went above and beyond, flushing and changing the fluids meticulously and ensuring that everything was done by the book. Their kindness and professionalism shone at every step, making me feel like my car was in the best hands. Every employee at the service center was working at peak efficiency, getting vehicles in and out with precision. They not only saved me from sleepless nights of worry but also restored my car to great condition. Valvoline has truly earned a loyal customer for life. Their dedication, transparency, and customer-first approach are unparalleled, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Valvoline, for going the extra mile—literally and figuratively! 🚗✨

Not typically a fan of oil lube places but was driving my mom’s car and the oil light came on so I figured I’d play it safe and pull right in here to get an oil change . The guys in the shop were very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Very happy with their service

Was told they wouldn't do an inspection at 9:30am because they "didn't have the staff. " Normally i wouldn't have cared, but they had 2 bays open with 4 people working and only 4 total cars there including myself (2 in the bays and 2 waiting, myself included). I got the feeling that they honestly just didn't want to do it because it was just a $21 inspection. Drove 10min to another shop with literally the same amount of open bays and workers, and they did it no questions asked. Turned out I also needed a new front wiper (which I knew was a distinct possibility) and I chose to go with the $40 RainX wiper. I got both replaced so they missed out on an easy $80 because they didn't feel like doing an inspection. Don't waste your time here the workers really don't seem to care at all.
