I went to Midas in Clifton Park to schedule an appointment to have brakes replaced. Management and the mechanic was very helpful to answer questions I had. The last service I had there was about five yrs ago. It was not a pleasant visit at that time. There has been a Management change since then. The current Management was very polite. I was in and out about 2hrs later. I would recommend this location. Thanks

Scheduled an appointment with my girlfriend to get her oil changed and state vehicle inspection. When we arrived several minutes early for our appointment, the guy at the counter told us we would have to wait several hours... After he said this, he just said "it's Saturday", while looking at us like we have 3 heads. I then mention to him that we have an appointment yet again, and he then tells us that he has appointments from hours ago he's trying to get to. This place obviously over-books, but on top of that they'll condescend you or imply that it's your fault. Valvoline down the street was able to take us within minutes, no appointment. Never coming back. This review will never be changed and any response to this review by Midas is a waste of time. Oh, and we drove all the way from Albany, cherry on top!

You need a steady mechanic? THIS is the place to go. You need quick and diligent service? THIS is the place to go. You need a shoulder to cry on? This MIGHT be the place to go, haven’t tried it out yet. All in all, there’s great service, with an excellent staff, and reasonable prices.

Been coming here for years now. they don't try to upsell and overcharge. In my experience they are fair and extremely helpful. There was one time I thought they came back high with an estimate so i got another opinion, only to find the second place wanted to charge 30-40% more. They are fair here and they have my business because of the guys that keep it that way! Thanks a ton.

I had a great experience at Midas in Clifton Park! I came in needing a muffler repair and was originally quoted $1200. But the mechanic Jason went above and beyond—he looked at my situation and found an alternative solution by welding the piece instead, which saved me over $600! I really appreciate the honesty and effort to help me save money. On top of that, the team made the whole process so convenient—they got me in and out quickly, gave me a ride home while the work was being done, and picked me up when it was ready. A huge thank you to the mechanic Jason who did the work and to Joe for the great customer service. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality work and a trustworthy team!
