The technician was thorough and courteous. He suggested some additional services, which I expected, but I trusted him and went ahead with two of the extras. It was quick and easy. I also liked that I could sit in my car while they do the service rather than sitting in the waiting area.

There was no wait time and the gentleman that worked on my car was extremely nice and very informative. The process was quick and I got to sit in my car and was informed of everything going on. The price was good too as I was able to use my Groupon.

Beware- don’t go there for any auto inspections. On-site They told me that it was a Failure due to new brakes needed. Also got a separate email later of an invoice from them saying it was emissions failure? A few hours later on the same day I got the car inspected from a reliable local service center, the car passed with no issues. Passed inspection. What is going on there? Had to pay $37.00 which is not refundable and wasted my time there. Buyer beware…

The service was great. The mechanics were very friendly and made sure I was totally satisfied with the service before I left. Definitely will go back there from now on for my oil changes.

I went for a routine oil change. When I left, I noticed that my oil light and my engine light were illuminated. I returned back to Valvoline to have them fix the error. They were so confused on why it was illuminated and couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. A quick Google search on my end said to have them check the oil filter and ensure it was seated properly. The oil filter that they had just removed and replaced during my oil change. Instead, they performed YET ANOTHER oil change. The lights remained illuminated and the only answer they could give me was that “your oil sensor must’ve gone bad at the same time you came for your oil change.” They told me to see a mechanic and gave me a receipt stating they aren’t responsible for any damages. I went to see my mechanic, who had to do a complete engine flush. The oil filter they had changed was bed and had shredded into my engine. My engine wasn’t getting any oil and was about to seize. The repairs were costly and could’ve been far worse had I not gone to my mechanic. PLEASE DONT USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR OIL CHANGE.
