I went into get an oil change on a car I was about to sell the day before I was scheduled to sell it. Everything with the oil change seemed good. I’ve gone here before with the same car no issues. Once I got home I popped the hood to check on something else and there was a noticeable hissing coming from the left side of the engine. I looked and 3 or 4 hoses were cracked and leaking bad. I then took it back the next day to raise awareness to the situation and one of the other store managers identified what I already knew and apologized and said we should be able to order some new hoses for you so I was like nice. I then asked for a full refund for my oil change which they also agreed to. After doing the refund process I talked to the other manager Matt about getting the hoses they were broken ordered and he basically said that those were probably there before I came in and that it’s normal wear and tear on a vehicle that age and they wouldn’t be ordering me new hoses. I informed him that I hadn’t had any issues with it sounding like that before I came in so it had to come from when they checked my air filter. I also said that if I was the person doing the oil change and I broke something or heard air leaking like that after doing an oil change I would inform the customer about it. He just kind of shrugged it off. So once he responded in that manner I was like… nope not coming back here again. They charge more than an oil change should cost and break stuff in your vehicle without replacing it and then the manager treats the situation like it’s some how on you and not them. I honestly don’t ever leave reviews good or bad and I do appreciate the refund but in this case I felt the need to. Last thing one of the employees who was there and working on my car made a joke about how the noise was gone once I shut off my car, he said it multiple times. I never write reviews but must for this place. They are very efficient. They will check your brake lights, tail lights and blinkers all while waiting in line so it’s less time for when you are actually getting your oil change. Very efficient, great service, great feedback on your car and a must if you need to get your oil changed.

I've used this store for oil changes for a few years. A good percentage of the time they do just fine. I have a diesel truck and prefer a oil they don't offer and they accommodate this which I appreciate. When I first started going to them the cost was so reasonable I couldn't afford to do it my self. It recently went up from $35-38 to $58+ (remember I supply my own oil and filter) not a huge deal but today I had bad service! First I watched one worker check one tire then move on to some other job. When asked at the end if he did all of them he said, yes. I asked them to confirm that based on what i watched happen. Not only did he not do all tires he did the wrong pressure he was told to do in the one he did. When my back tires were checked they added to both of them, aka not checked like he claimed. After that they closed my hood without putting a baffle back in place that they had taken off. I called them on it and they re-opened my hood and addressed it. I then went on my way. At my first stop I smelt oil. I opened my hood and found dripped oil all over. (I took photos). I proceeded to call the store to speak to someone about it. The phone rang for like 40 rings and no one picked up, i gave up. At $35 dollars I'd of let it go much easier. At now almost 60, yeah I'm not happy! If I wouldn't of called them on multiple things they wouldn't have been done right. The mess they left honesty pissed me off!! Another time my son went in with his car and they didn't put on the oil cap on which caused the engine to blow oil all over under the hood. Yes the manager jumped and drove to our house and cleaned it up as good as possible, topped off the oil and then asked him to bring the car back so they could clean it up more. But beyond the cleaning they simply offered a "sorry" Huge increase in price and quality of service going down. Make your own judgment.

Finn gave excellent customer service today during my oil change. He was friendly, honest and carried himself well in communication, professionally & personally. He went above and beyond with having a filter delivered that wasn’t in stock. Finn, Andrew & Nicholas worked well together as a team. Thumbs up to this Valvoline location!
