went for an oil change yesterday. they had some new girl training and the general manager was “watching her.” and she forgot to add coolant! it was bone dry this morning. when i left last night i still had no heat and my jeep tried to overheat many times. i added water this morning and WOW! heat and it didn’t want to over heat anymore?? insane! i will no longer be coming back to vavoline , that is my only car. the manager want to act like she knows everything but obviously not much since she doesn’t know how to make sure to train your employees to check the coolant , sounds like she needs training herself 😂 if my jeep would’ve overheated they would’ve been immediately sued. but because she “checked it” means it was full automatically?? i didn’t realize we protect our employees instead of letting them deal with making mistakes and correcting them. i filed for a dispute and will be getting my money back. horrible.

Expected to get what I paid for but was severely disappointed. Paid for a service to have it only be half done, ended up leaving and within 24hrs had my car smoking and overheating due to lack of attention to the service I was supposed to be provided. Wouldn't recommend personally because when brought to their attention instead of acknowledging the mishap and correcting it they do nothing, just wanted the service I paid for, left feeling 2 inches tall.

This is the second time that I used this company and this is the second time my check engine light came on immediately after an oil change from valvoline. You would think that seeing as this is the specialty they would be thourally proficient

A good friend of mine went and got her oil changed yesterday and they forgot to add coolant. She went back today to try and see if they could maybe give her some for free since they didn't, and they basically called her a liar and said the footage on the camera shows the worker checked it but never actually filled it. With what was happening to her car there was definitely no coolant in it, she FaceTimed me this morning showing me her engine and there was in fact no coolant so she added water. These people themselves are liars and use people for money.

This was the first time I've used this Valvoline, and I have nothing but good things to say. Their service was great, and they were very professional and friendly. They discussed everything that they found and / or might need. I need and air filter and they showed me my old one (definitely filthy) as well as asking if they should check my cabin filter. (I didn't even know I had a cabin filter! ) It was beyond disgusting and so they replaced it as well. I could immediately feel the difference when I drove home. Much better "get up and go" as well as smoother gear shifting. No gear jerks like I had been experiencing or hesitation on acceleration. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use their services again!
