The Service professional Aaron was extremely knowledgeable in answering my questions. I was the last customer before closing and he treated me like I was the first. He was professional and quick. He’s an amazing asset to your team and I’m looking forward to having him service my car at my next visit. If he isn’t in management he should be. Amazing Customer Service.

The service at this location was fast and easy. The employees were very welcoming, they changed my oil, checked my tire pressure, and made sure my head lights were perfect . Will definitely be back again.

I stopped in recently for an oil change. The service itself was really good, but I saw one of the female employees, who I assume must be a manager of some kind, reprimand another employee in front of the customers. Now I understand things must be taken seriously since it has to do with other people's cars, but that lady was just so unprofessional and I don't understand where her thought process was to behave or speak to that young man the way she did. If I were her boss, I would really think about the kind of people you have working there and the way they behave/speak to other employees - especially in front of customers.

All the guys were so friendly and helpful right as I pulled up. They offered services, they didn’t push them on me. I really appreciated that. I had three things done. Oil change, new cabin filter, and tires rotated. All done in 20 minutes! The best place!

I had a great experience at Valvoline! The team was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I pulled in. What really stood out to me was their honesty. After checking my car, they let me know that an oil change wasn’t necessary just yet and that I could wait a few more months. It’s rare to find that kind of transparency, and I truly appreciated it. No pressure, just genuine service and helpful advice. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next service. Highly recommend!

My wife has been coming here since we moved into canyon lake. By far the best experience I’ve had. Never left the car. Shan has amazing customer service. Explained the process. And handle not just me but every customer on the floor while making sure her team had everything they needed. Come by and see what I’m talking about. When someone has it they have it and she does. 5stars all day
