I have had a couple issues with the original sister location . I will never go back too ! Liz has taken care of me and my vehicles without hesitation. . . I love how I can go and explain The situation and she not only listens and diagnoses the issue, but she fixes it. That’s what I call. Excellent customer service. If you’re looking for someone that actually cares about what they do and has integrity! I suggest you go to this location and speak with her.

I had an excellent experience with this shop! Liz managed to get me in the same day after a long power outage, which was awesome. She was straightforward and provided top-notch service. I really appreciated the before and after printout of the alignment. Highly recommend this place for their efficiency!

I just came to this location of Big Brand tires and wasn't disappointed. They are Honest, Fair and Professional. I recommend this shop for all your automotive service needs. Today was my 5th time and they did a great job again and in a timely manner. Rest assured if you come here you will get the same service I received. 6 Stars!!

The team at Big Brand was excellent. Mauricio was able to accommodate me earlier than my appointment. Wait time wasn't too bad I'm a patient person. I would recommend people to come here should they need services done.

Excellent service, and amazing workers. The rates are non comparable. Best rates ever. I went for an estimate somewhere else, and it was about double the price for the exact same job.

I came here today for the first time after seeing lots of other positive reviews . I can definitely say they hold up to everything I read . My car had been pulling pretty bad to the right but I work a lot so hadn’t had a lot or get it checked out, however Elizabeth got me in within an hour. While waiting for the car Elizabeth answered non stop calls in between helping customers and was always professional and knowledgeable in what she was assisting them with. After my car was done she took the time to explain my alignment issues with me. As soon as I drove away I could feel the difference in the car. I truly appreciate Elizabeth and all the staff there for getting my car taken care of today and maintaining such a pleasant atmosphere while waiting. I willl be coming back here again for my car needs and definitely recommend them .

Walked in to get a quote on replacing my shocks and struts on my truck. Spoke with Ozzie, who was very knowledgeable and informative. Took the time to explain the various options and recommendations to me. I was sold and brought my truck in a few days later. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Liz the manager was excellent in helping me repair my car. I was told I needed a new engine that would cost me $11,000 but upon their inspection it was a repair that cost significantly less. Thank you for saving me money guys. I would recommend their staff to take care of your maintenance needs. A++

Needed a new battery which had a sensor thing had to be calibrated. They were fast. Found me a good price and we just loved the lady behind the counter she was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.
