The boys here are hard working and always going above and beyond the scope of their job to be helpful to all their customers. I’ve always had great experiences here and that’s why this location is the only place I go to. They are so helpful, honest and friendly. They have helped me out many times. They offer complimentary oil topoffs between changes, have a core staff that have been there many years and know their stuff, just a few of many reasons to shop here.

I got my oil changed a few weeks ago, and for the *second time* although I chose synthetic oil, they marked me to return after 2,000 miles when synthetic usually goes for between 7,500 and 15,000 miles, or every six months to a year. These dudes have to be better at marking the correct mileage pertaining to which type of oil I'm choosing. Otherwise, great business: quick and quality.

I received a message on my BMW that I needed to add oil immediately, I was scared to drive my car to BMW due to the distance, so I went to Valvoline, I was quickly greeted by Matthew, and I said I have a message that says I need oil, can you add oil quickly so I can get to my meeting on time, he said sure, pull it in. He helped me to measure the oil on my menu bar and navigation screen and assured me that the oil in the car was still fine, but topped it off anyway, by the time I asked them to add windshield wiper fluid, he stated the employee Tyler had already done it! Matthew told me that Valvoline could do other service for my BMW as I told him, I was ready to look for another shop as BMW was costing me a fortune and the car is older with many miles. I will definitely give Valvoline more business as Mathew and Tyler were both so helpful and reassuring! Thanks Guys!

I brought my own oil and filter for my Diesel 6.7 Ford. They were quick and efficient getting me back to work in no time. A few weeks later they changed my transmission and differential fluids with the same results.

The best place in town to get an oil change and basic maintenance on your vehicles . Friendly staff and fast service . Especially impressed with the guy Cody there he is very knowledgeable and seems to be the one handling most of the heavy lifting …give that man a raise

I came here after waiting a bit too long for my oil change and desperately needed it done. While most oil change trips aren’t unique, they’re routine and never stand out, the gentleman working here ensured I will return here for all my future oil change needs. All of them were extremely nice, helpful kind and warm. There was a bit of a wait and they checked in with me several times during the wait. Their wonderful demeanor was refreshing to see!

Yucaipa Valvoline Staff is always polite, professional and prompt with acknowledging each customer. The facility is always clean and orderly. Service is explained, completed in a timely manner and done ar a reasonable price I've been going there for many years and appreciate the familiar faces. When employees stay, there's a reason!

The staff at this location is always so friendly and thorough. I really appreciate how quickly I can get in and out with the required services. I have been to other locations that are overly pushy when it comes to recommended services and I don't get the same from this location.
