We were recommended to Omar's Tire by Andy at Breakthrough Automotive. Michael greeted us at the door and had our Silverado in the shop within 15 minutes. The Silverado was riding very rough. Our truck was in desperate need of an alignment and wheel balance. It took no more than 30 minutes, and we were back on the road. What an amazing result. The truck drove a lot smoother and no more bouncing on the freeway. We totally recommend Michael and Omar's Tire to everyone.

Called on a Friday to get an alignment the following Monday, they said no appointment necessary and to come in at 8am on that Monday. I got there almost exactly at 8am on Monday, went into the office and nobody was there, called out for someone in the service bays and no reply. I waited about 15 minutes before leaving and going to a different shop.

Polite, friendly, and very informative Omar showed me the old part even educated me on how it broke and went out of his way to ensure that my car was well taken care of and put back together properly. The best part is he gets your car back to you quickly first impressions is that this is the best mechanic , the best customer service and the best quality that I have come across in a long time. I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone that wants excellent service.

Omar's tires is a stand up shop - he replaced my Audi wheels during an accident, and then showed me how badly worn the tires were in the front, I couldn't see it because it was wearing on the inside cause of alignment issues, he fixed that and now I have ordered tires, and I am going straight back to him to get those mounted and balanced, he has a customer for life in me - honestly just a legit shop that does quick work.
