Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The staff was extremely nice. They were pretty busy but busting out cars one after another! They explained everything they were doing and didn't try to pressure me to get things after telling me they had them available! Much cheaper than my usual oil changes

It is always a positive experience. The people are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have come to rely on them for all the smaller maintenance needs of my vehicle. They make suggestions for work I should consider having done, give me a price for it, and don't push. I really appreciate this.

Every time I’ve visited this location, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the service is superior. I won’t go anywhere else, including the dealership. I take both of my cars here. In particular, there is a younger male with kind of curly hair who I feel is exceptionally good at his job and very friendly. And there is a middle aged gentleman with gray hair (like mine) who is also top notch. I think he might be the manager. I’m bad with names, so I have to use descriptors. I want to emphasize that all of the staff are pretty amazing!! Awesome experience every single time! EDIT- I took my son’s Camaro there today for an oil change and figured out the young man with curly hair is named Bryce. And there was another young man with blonde hair who seemed to be a manager who was hilarious and extremely helpful and kind. And the young man with a beard who showed me the oil level after it was changed- what a polite and respectful fellow too. Just always an overall wonderful experience.

They did me good. I had blonde moments and they didnt make fun lol and they got me in and out pretty fast 10/10 i would recommend !

Normally this place is great and typically fast. They always offer to do lots but they OFFER & ASK. Came in for an oil change, waited 25 mins outside the garage (I’ve been the NEXT in line for 25 mins) then they have me drive in. I secretly start my timer for a “15 minute oil change” as promised. They make there offers to replace/fix a bunch of little trinkets, we make it very clear we appreciate it but we are only here for an oil change and nothing else please. We then watch them unscrew and takeout our air filter and get a new one. We stick our heads out the windows and ask “are you replacing my air filter?” They say “yeah!” I say “for free??” Knowing I just specifically asked for nothing but an oil change and I’m budgeting. They say “No it cost $27.99” and walks towards my car with a new air filter, I tell them I JUST changed my air filter and see that it’s still in great shape and mostly white! (Clean!!) they put it back. And they switch who took care of me and my car. It’s now been an additional 15 minutes (so total of 40 minutes here) and they are just now starting my oil change. Probably not coming back to this location :/ slightly bummed at the slow morning and almost getting charged an additional $28 for something I specifically didn’t want.
