Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I always use Valvoline for my oil changes. It's quick and easy,no appointments needed. They took the time to answer questions and were very helpful. They didn't try to sale services or products that I didn't need. I feel comfortable knowing that they will do their job in a professional manner.

Very impressed with the level of service here. Got an oil change here, they offered but weren't pushy with additional services like many places I've visited in the past. Everyone was extremely nice and very fast service. Highly recommended!

I had an oil change done, no problem with that. I am used to them putting air in my tires. One of my tires was a lot lower than the others and I knew I needed air in it and hadn’t gone myself since I knew I would be getting an oil change done. When I left my tires hadn’t had air put in and I checked the receipt given and it has stated the tires pressures were checked and were okay. I wouldn’t be upset if it wasn’t something they clearly skipped and still marked that they had checked.

I find consistent quality and good service at Valvoline. I appreciate the reduction in pushing additional services. It’s nice to be able to go get an oil change done without the additional hassles. They are professional also

Excellent customer service.. All employees are urging to help. Definitely coming back. Nothing compared to “Walmart Auto Care” employees.

I visited this location this past Tuesday and was not pleased with the service. I have visited many different Valvolines before and this experience was way different. First off there was no communication between the upper and lower techs like I have seen before. They never checked my headlights, tail lights or turn signals. The tech that checked the tires apparently didn't tighten the valve caps because several days later I noticed 1 was missing 1 and the remaining 3 were loose. It wouldn't have been a big deal but I have specialty valve caps I paid good money for. The same tech also had on an unzipped jacket and the zipper was scraping the fender of my car when he was leaning over it checking things and no fender protection or anything. He was also sloppy with the fluids he was putting in the vehicle. I noticed days later too that the shroud that covers the motor wasn't even secured and sitting loose under the hood. I feel if this was this guys car he wouldn't be nearly as careless as he was with mine. If he can't handle a task as easy as tightening a valve cap he should not be working here. I will not be returning to this location and maybe not any valvoline location. They always say if you want something done right do it yourself and this location really proved it. After spending $100 for a full synthetic oil change I truly feel ripped off.

Team member ripped under panel off vehicle. Unable to be repaired. Oil leaking at multiple places under the vehicle. Unable to get in touch with shop. Claim ticket started with national customer care center but have yet to hear of a resolution. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible experience and customer service. I got a new battery with a three year warranty. It died less than three months into its life. I had it replaced elsewhere since it wasn’t running and they wouldn’t refund me. They said it’s a third party battery so there’s nothing they could do. I contacted corporate customer service through email and phone. No one ever called me back. Absolutely terrible. Here is a pic of my dead battery. Hopefully this review will help others avoid the cost and frustration I’ve had.
