I wanted to take the time to give everyone who was working here the morning of 06/18/24 a huge shout out and thank you!!! I normally perform my own routine service on my vehicle - but between work and preparing for an upcoming trip, time got away from me. I was greeted with a friendly attitude and serviced right away. All of the gentlemen were courteous and explained exactly what they were doing and the reasoning for it. They showed a great understanding of product knowledge and treated my vehicle with the utmost care. I would highly recommend this location to others and also highly recommend these young mens superiors to put great recognition and development into their careers!

I go out of my way to bring my car here for oil changes. Everyone is super personable and professional. I appreciate that they go through all the "upcharge" possibilities (other fluid changes, tire rotation,etc), but don't pressure or talk down to customers. I've always had a great experience here, and I'm willing to pay a little extra for the convenience and professionalism.

The first shift Monday crew is absolutely amazing! My car broke down at Speedway, the young man came over jumped my battery, ( In the snow storm)! Asked me if I wanted a new battery, and that they could do it right away. I drive right next door, pulled in, and they were done in 10 minutes. They were so helpful, professional and kind! I had bought jumper cables at Speedway, I had asked a couple people to help me, with a response of “no I can’t help you”! The young man was so nice when he walked over! So relieved, it was my dad’s car, and he needed it to take my mom to a Dialysis appointment. Makes me so hopeful that there are still kind people in this world!!

Jack is a very helpful manager. He knows my car is old and puts effort in to make sure it runs for me despite it’s multiple problems. Both Jack and Brayden are always eager to help. I really do count on them. Thanks guys!

I pulled up to a small line outside this 2-bay store. I've been to plenty of Valvoline centers but this is one of the best stores I've visited. I was greeted on the lot where my car was scanned so when it was my turn, their computer system was ready to go. The manager, Jack, was friendly & explained everything in a way that I could understand! His staff were doing call-outs & taking care of the 18-point inspection process. I stopped in for just an oil change & ended up getting a 2-part fuel system cleaning & an engine air filter. I appreciate the care and thoroughness of all staff at this center! 2nd time visiting this location in 02/2025 - I got a tire rotation, new wipers, cabin air filter & full synthetic oil change. The staff is still friendly & knowledgeable on all aspects of the services they offer! I'll be back.

The crew at Valvoline Medina is top-notch! Super friendly, fast, and professional. They explained everything clearly and worked together like a well-oiled machine. I felt totally taken care of! Honestly, it was unsettling. Are they always this good?

Nick is great at it. He took time to go over every detail and give some good tips although I was in a hurry, but it was worth listening to him. Would sure come back to this place again. Unlike other spots I’ve been to.
