The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. Took longer than they said to Give me a quote, NEVER answered my question about monthly payments and PASSED me around to 4 different salesmen/woman. I value how hard I work for my money and I will NEVER spend my money with people who don’t value me as a customer! Absolutely horrible!

Everything went as planned. I was on a tight schedule and they got me in and out in a reasonable time. Thank you Mike mullins for the great service and being knowledgeable about Cars.

Had the anti-theft software update done here. Everyone was friendly and I was done in about 1.5 hours. They washed my car for free! I'll be back to Ken Ganleys service department.

Very clean dealership, polite and knowledgeable staff. Waiting area is very comfortable with free coffee, cappuccino, water and snacks. Certainly gets 5 stars. One thing I found amazing - a completely empty showroom, not a vehicle in sight.

I had the pleasure of working with Cordale as my salesman and he was excellent! Without his help, I don't think I would be driving in a 2021 Kia Rio! It was a hassle, but he didn't give up on finding a car that fits my wants and needs! Thank you so much Cordale, you're much appreciated! ❤️

Some of the worst service i have ever received. I have a brand new car with under 3k miles on it. I randomly noticed a bubble in my tire and was advised not to drive it. My parents own an automotive shop (Sharon Automotive) so i called Kia to see if it would be something under a warranty seeing as i had very little miles put on the tire. When I called, they told me to bring the car in and they would have to look at it to see if it was something that would be covered under the warranty but tires are typically covered as long as I didn't hit anything, which i knew i didn't.( I added pictures so you can see theres is no rim or tire marks/damage at all.) I proceed to get my car there and wait over an hour and a half for them to tell me that I did it something and they will not cover it. It is gonna be $240. I said ok, ill just get service through my parents and take my car. I have the mechanic change my tire and when he pulls it off, he can clearly see that it’s defective and I did not hit anything. Coming from my parents I know most tires are warranted up to 5000 miles. They simply did not care about me or want to help me. I feel so hurt and dissatisfied with the service and situation. For someone who never had a new car, I sure didn’t expect to be treated so poorly when you do get one. They just want your money, find a different mechanic/ automotive shop that actually gives a crap about you and makes things right if you can!
