Amazing experience at Valley Transmission... Honest, accurate, and more than fair!!! 5 +++ stars. My Husband and I were traveling (moving truck and trailer and our own truck etc) We stopped late afternoon for gas and we noticed what seemed like gear oil leaking all over from the rear differential area of our truck. we called a couple places and they recommended Valley Transmission. It was very late afternoon, but they said if we got there soon they should be able to take a look before closing time. They mentioned they always like to take care of travelers. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue as a broken ABS speed sensor, order, and install the part. The crew stayed after closing time (on a world series night) to install the part! It is always lucky when you find a top tier shop in an industry with so many places that are untrustworthy and out to get you. I was traveling south on 15 when my transmission went out. I gave them a call and they were incredibly helpful from the jump. They were very communicative about what they were doing, up front about repairs and costs, and were always available to answer my questions. I would 10/10 recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. They made a very difficult time for me a lot less painful than it could have been.

They promised excellent work but when I got the car back home there where stuff they broke and stuff they zip tie, missing bolts and nuts and missing nut on the front motor mount and what blows my mind that there where 3 missing bolts that hold the transmission to the engine you guys work on transmissions how can you have forgotten about the bolts. So at the end of the day I paid alot of money for a professional job but instead I got a shoe maker job done. So if you want missing bolts and nuts and broken stuff under your hood go here.

We’ve had work done here a couple of times and my husband and I have come away both times extremely pleased. Down to earth customer service, always polite and professional. I wouldn’t take our vehicles elsewhere for major services.
