Great service and very affordable. The guys were very helpful. I originally went in for a tire alignment. After getting 4 used tires (from another shop) They noticed my tires weren't balanced and they balanced them for me before starting the alignment. Service was so fast I asked them could they also so my rear brakes. Before I left they gave me a card for oil changes where you get your 10th oil change for free. Thanks Serrano's tires. This is definitely my new go-to shop.

Brought my Ford flex because it had a rattling noise coming from the engine, took it to another shop first and gave me and outrageous quote, came here to serranos auto repair for a quote and the staff were very honest and friendly, turned out to be something simple, got it fixed for cheap, I got a set of used tires while I was there. I got an alignment there yesterday and 2 new tires. Quick service and average price. I called there today and was talking to the technician for less than a minute when his boss interrupted and said to get off the phone unless I needed something else. Wth? I feel I paid for this service, I should be able to ask questions whether I did it at the time or the next day. The technician abruptly got off the phone and said to call back and talk to (I forgot the name already) Before getting reprimanded by his boss, he was telling me important information about my vehicle and the process that they performed yesterday. That is him doing his job. I find this very rude since I paid for the service and this would be a part of the service if I asked yesterday when I was exhausted, had just bought the car, and on a turn around trip from Las Vegas.

These guys did a diagnostic check on a car I brought straight to them from a dealership. They were reasonable, gave me their advice for a peace of mind and were super friendly. Treat you like family. Great place!
