This was the worst experience that I ever had in my life. The professional and customer experience is definitely lacking. I came to get my car fixed and instead got my time wasted. If I could give less than a star I would. I came here several times and was ignored and pushed aside I feel like because I’m a woman they think they can take advantage of me. I was giving a diagnostic and told it was an easy fix. A week later after paying 850 for a part I was told it’s the wrong part and there is nothing he (Dennis) can do. I was never given an apology just had the boss who I’ve never met in my life give me a refund. I’m drained after this experience of wasting my time I feel like my time should be refunded as well smh.
