I was heading out to get a smog check after dropping my pup off at the groomer when I stumbled on to this place within the same plaza. So glad I did! Smog check was $9.99!! I've never paid that low before. They are the cheapest in town. Everyone was so nice. Hector also advised me to get my rear brakes replaced and showed me exactly where the issue was. Great customer service!!

My car turned off, I was told it was my PCM on my 2015 Chrysler 300. Hector said it was 2k and a certified person would flash the PCM. Well, I guess he wasn't certified because according to Chrysler, no one is authorized to flash drive but them. I asked for guys name and he refused to give it to me. All he said was, your car starts right? Take me to court. They left all the wires hanging and he wanted another 3800.00 to fix a problem that Chrysler had to fix for only 600.00. Chrysler had to re flash the drive because it was done wrong. Once my car is done and I get all the paperwork to compare it to USA AUTO SERVICE #3, I will be getting an attorney and I will be contacting the news.

I came here because I got a coupon in the mail for a full synthetic oil change for thirty five dollars. I showed up and was told there's a special for twenty five dollars, I was happy thinking yeah even cheaper. I drop off my 22 Toyota sienna And get told it's gonna be about 45 minutes. I said OK left with my son to go down the road to get some food And when I came back was told we tried to call you. I never received a phone call, but the price went from $25 to $90.Because it calls for a different weight oil. The guy at the counter said oh, it's a different oil. Everybody in the automotive world knows any Toyota sienna runs the same exact oil 0 16w, but including dealership, will put in 0 20w and will charge you about a hundred and twenty dollars. At that price difference I just go to the dealership Guys, be careful coming here. They will pull a switch a rue on prices. UPDATE/REPLY: 🤣🤣🤣 now it's my fault you guys tried to take advantage of me. Your dude at the register said told me the price and showed me the quote. You guys are pathetic. Dont be a victim, be a grown man and take responsibility. Hopefully you guys can take criticism and grow with it.

Honestly had a horrible experience at this location. Nothing but problem after problem. And over things that I had no part of. First of they up charge you on parts like craaazy. Just to end up doing mediocre work. Went in for a lift kit on my truck. Ended up taking over 3 weeks to complete and still was never even complete. Issue after issue. After those 3 weeks I still had to go back over and over again for simple minor things that should have been handled SINCE THE BEGINNING. I paid over 5,000 for the lift kit and the alignment price was supposed to be included in that price. However later on I opted to get some upper control arms installed, the manager Hector told me himself that if I bought them then he would install them for free. Once I completed the alignment I went back for my reimbursement of $150 just to be told by hector that apparently now his boss didn’t want to reimburse me that because my truck had already been in that shop for too long (even though it was never my fault) and that because hector the manager had decided to install free of charge the control arms, and that now they weren’t going To reimburse me for the alignment. Which was all part of our original deal. I emailed corporate about the issue trying to resolve the issue and to this date, I’ve yet to hear back from them. Very disappointed and never getting anything done from USA Auto ever again.

UPDATE: SCUMMY BUSINESS TRYING TO DENY I WAS EVER THERE. HERES EVIDENCE IVE BEEN HERE. IVE NOW REPORTED THIS COMPANY. I BROUGHT TO ANOTHER AUTOSHOP AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY DID NOT REPAIR THINGS THAT I PAID FOR!! I was originally not going to leave a negative review since the staff were pretty friendly. Unfortunately they used our lack of knowledge in mechanical work against us. I brought my car in after accident from a different shop that gave me an outrageous quote. I gave this shop the quote from the previous shop mentioning the frame and suspension being messed up. I was then told a quote days later saying EVERYTHING would be fixed for $6k. They worked with lowering the price for me but unfortunately come to find out on pick up of my vehicle, 2 and a half weeks after the original due date, that price didn’t even include fixing my suspension. It included only the pulling of my cars frame and cosmetic work that I stated originally that I did not want done but only agreed since it seemed like a good price. They wanted an extra $2,500 for my front left suspension. They told me they would beat the price of the other place but with the original ask of fixing my suspension it would have been almost $3k more. I had to unfortunately take my car and drive a very sketchy ride to another mechanic who has since agreed I had been scammed. They also forgot my license plate at the body shop they sent my car to and am now having to drive 25 minutes back to the shop to pick it up a day later. After over a month with 0 communications from the shop, having to call every week, and the continuous delay of the car’s pick up, this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Now I’m financially struggling with a car that still isn’t fixed. Go absolutely anywhere else to fix your car.
