At 10 AM, one hour after opening, I dropped off two front brake rotors to be resurfaced here because it is a service that they offer. I was told that it would take just a couple of hours and to go home and they would call me. At noon when I didn’t get a phone call I thought perhaps they were having a busy day and I will give them another hour. Around one in the afternoon I called them and they told me they hadn’t even gotten to it yet, but assured me that they would. I waited the entire rest of the day with no phone call for an update from them. Finally at 8 o’clock, an hour before their closing, I went down there to find that they hadn’t done anything and furthermore, there was no one scheduled to come in and do it the next day…AFTER WAITING THE ENTIRE DAY WITH MY CAR UP ON JACKSTANDS IN MY DRIVEWAY. Do you people understand that your customer base has lives to live and cars to depend on, and that the service that you claim to offer gives us needed respite from the trickery at car dealerships and puts the power back in our own hands to maintain our own equipment? If you can’t handle the responsibility, don’t step up to the plate and offer something that you can’t provide. I wonder how much money this whole situation is going to cost me in the end…get your business together or close your damn doors. Maybe you should try running a lemonade stand and work your way up from there. I hope you know that this review is going to be posted on every social media platform I can find.

I had a hard time opening the hood of my car, so they couldn't help me. They advised to take my car to the dealership for repairs and they were able to fix the hood latch.
