Honesty and Integrity I was referred by my insurer to Unicar after getting hit in November of 24. They where very quick to get me seen and document all the damage and work with my insurer. They even made arrangements for the Rental Car service to pick me up and drop me off. While my car took some time to get the parts in they kept me informed of the progress and where quick to respond to any calls. unfortunately when i came to pick up my car the rear hatch wasn't matching up correctly , i pointed this out to Them and immediately they inspected it and noticed the Rear Hinges where damaged in the collision. They immediately took the car back to repair and Got me a Rental during the time it took to fix. shortly after I got my car back and so far its perfect. they made sure to let me know they stand by their work and let them know if anything is wrong. They also spoke to the rental car service on my behalf to be sure I wasn't overcharged and everything was taken care of. Accidents happen both in driving and repair , I have a of admiration for people that stand by their work and make things right! Highly recommend they are great

Had some paint chips and scratches on my bumper in a little fender bender. Staff was professional and their service is really fast. They even painted the top of the bumper where it was fading. Fixed it up in 3 days!

I had a great experience at Unicar Auto Body. All the personnel are very friendly and courteous. They made sure all my needs were met and made the process easy. My vehicle looked like new when the repairs were finished, body and paint great. Had the car back in a week, as promised. Hopefully, I won’t need any body work done anytime soon. But if I do, I’m going back to Unicar Auto Body. Great job.

Live here in Pasadena and there's plenty autobody shop around. I recently had my car repaired at Unicar and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I recently had my Vehicle repaired at Unicar Auto Body Shop After it was involved in a minor accident , and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received the repair work performed by Unicar was impeccable the paint matching was flawless, and the repaired panels were seamlessly integrated with the rest of the vehicle it’s nearly impossible to tell that any damage occurred.
