U.S. AutoForce Introduce
Located at 2680 S 12th Pl in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S. AutoForce operates within the platform category of Auto Repair Stations, although their business model appears to be primarily that of a wholesale supplier of auto parts and tires, rather than a direct service provider to individual consumers. The address suggests a warehouse or distribution center rather than a retail storefront typically associated with walk-in auto parts stores. As a business-to-business supplier, their focus is likely on providing inventory to other auto repair shops, dealerships, and tire retailers.
The limited information available about the environment of U.S. AutoForce comes from a negative customer review. This review mentions an incident involving a delivery driver leaning oversized tires against the stucco of a customer's building, suggesting that U.S. AutoForce utilizes a delivery fleet to transport their goods to client businesses. The review also implies that interactions between U.S. AutoForce employees and their dealer clients occur both on-site at the dealer's location (for deliveries) and remotely (via phone and sales representatives). There is no description of a retail space or customer waiting area, reinforcing the likelihood that they operate as a wholesaler.
The services provided by U.S. AutoForce center around the supply of auto parts and, notably, tires to other businesses in the automotive sector. The negative reviews provide some insight into their operational processes. One review details the experience of a former dealer who encountered issues with a delivery and subsequent account closure, as well as difficulties in obtaining a refund for an unshipped order. This suggests that U.S. AutoForce handles order processing, payment collection, and delivery logistics for their business clients. The other review mentions a requirement for new account holders to provide a picture of their tire machine and balancer to purchase tires, indicating a specific onboarding procedure and a focus on supplying businesses that are equipped for tire sales and service.
Several features of U.S. AutoForce can be inferred from the customer feedback. One potential feature is a wide selection of tires and auto parts available for wholesale purchase, although this is not explicitly stated. The requirement for a picture of tire servicing equipment suggests a business model geared towards supplying established tire shops and auto repair facilities. The existence of sales representatives, such as the "Jose" mentioned in one review, indicates a direct sales approach to acquire and manage business accounts. However, the negative experiences highlight potential issues with communication, customer service when problems arise, and account management practices.
The negative reviews also point to potential drawbacks or areas of concern. The first review describes a situation where rumors allegedly led to the closure of a dealer's account without direct communication or an attempt to understand the situation from the dealer's perspective. This raises questions about their customer relationship management and dispute resolution processes. The difficulty in obtaining a refund for an order that was paid for but not shipped is also a significant issue. The second review highlights a potentially unusual requirement for new accounts, which might be perceived as cumbersome or unnecessary by some businesses looking to purchase auto parts or tires.
There is no information available in the provided data regarding any promotional offers from U.S. AutoForce. As a wholesale supplier, their pricing and business terms would likely be negotiated directly with their dealer clients and might not be publicly advertised. It is common for wholesale businesses to offer volume discounts or special pricing based on the size and frequency of orders, but there is no evidence of such promotions in the given reviews.
For local businesses in Phoenix, Arizona, operating as auto repair shops or tire retailers, U.S. AutoForce at 2680 S 12th Pl represents a potential supplier of auto parts and tires. However, the available customer reviews present a cautionary perspective. While one review focuses on a specific dispute and perceived lack of communication and fairness, the other highlights a potentially restrictive account setup process. Businesses considering establishing a relationship with U.S. AutoForce may want to inquire thoroughly about their account management policies, communication protocols, and procedures for resolving issues to ensure a smooth and reliable supply chain.
Given the nature of the reviews, it is crucial for potential business clients to conduct their own due diligence and perhaps seek references or testimonials from other companies that currently work with U.S. AutoForce. Understanding their terms of service, delivery schedules, and customer support processes will be essential for making an informed decision about whether they are a suitable supplier for their needs. The lack of positive feedback in the provided reviews, coupled with the serious allegations in one of them, suggests a need for careful consideration before engaging with this company as a wholesale supplier.
In conclusion, U.S. AutoForce, located in Phoenix, AZ, appears to be a wholesale supplier of auto parts and tires, operating within the broader category of Auto Repair Stations by providing goods for sale to other businesses in the automotive industry. The limited customer feedback available raises concerns regarding their customer service practices, communication, and account management. Potential business clients should carefully consider these points and conduct thorough research before establishing a wholesale account with U.S. AutoForce.

U.S. AutoForce Customer Reviews
Horrible company to work with! I was a dealer with US Autoforce and our delivery driver decided it was okay to lean large oversized tires agains my brand new stucco on my building. One of my employees posted a picture of it on Facebook and another local tire shop J&M tire sent it to the driver. The driver (a black woman) told her boss that my employees (bald white guy) were saying racist comments to her and called her stupid, all which is untrue. So on my last order with his company they took my payment, never shipped my tires, then closed down my account. When I finally reached my sales rep (Jose) after jumping through hoops to get ahold of him he was rude because I was given his personal cell number. He then proceeded to tell me my account was closed from someone higher up with no real explanation. No one from US Autoforce ever called me to address this situation, just believed rumors and closed my account with no communication. It’s was extremely difficult to get a refund on my last order. ATD would never ever treat their customers this way say they will always have my business.

WELL THOUGHTNABOUT OPENING AN ACCOUNT HERE BUT APPARENTLY YOU NEED TO HAVE A PICTURE OF YOUR TIRE MACHINE AND BALANCER TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE TIRES. SURPRISED THEY ARE NOT ASKING TO SEE SEE PICTURES OF A TOOLBOX TO ORDER PARTS
