Best experience with a shop that I have ever had, hands down. We called and got a very accurate estimate on pricing right from the start. Everyone was super nice and explained everything when we dropped the car off, too. Once the parts arrived and the mechanic was able to examine our brakes, they recommended just the front getting done and again told us the price. Then they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Our brakes were fixed a couple hours later, and then we picked the car up and paid. I would recommend Twisted Rod to anyone!

This place is a blessing!!! Drive 5 hours to purchase a “new to me” work truck. Bout 30 minutes into the 5 hour trip home, the truck broke down. Only people within hours that would let me stop in and check it out!!! The owner of the vehicle came and gave me my money back. When you tell someone “I’m stranded 5 hours from home” and they stop what they are doing to help instead of “we’re booked” is worth it’s weight in gold…highly recommend this establishment. Plus it was super clean & courteous

The folks here took such good care of me and my car. I'm so grateful they were able to tackle my car repair same day since I was still 1.5 hours from home. The ladies behind the desk were very warm and kind and the mechanics were very professional and polite. Highly recommend Twisted Rod Tire!

Incredible service!!! I was very happy to find this mechanic shop in downtown Old Fort. My battery light was on and as soon as I rolled in, the guys started working on my car and diagnosing the problem. The next day my alternator was changed. I was blown away by the quality of the work and attention to detail. Not to mention super friendly staff! Best mechanic I have been to. The office is sparkly clean. The owner even gave me a ride home as I had to leave my car at the shop for half a day and checked in on me the next day to make sure car was still running good. I will definitely be using these guys from here on out.

Arrived in Old Fort with an enclosed trailer that had broken suspension. The folks at Twisted Rod were able to make the necessary repairs so that we could make the journey back to Georgia. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon, and by Monday mid-afternoon, it was fixed for a very reasonable price. So if you need tires or any other automotive repairs you will be in good hands at this shop.
