Great service! Only place I could find that would work on my 1991 Camry, nice to keep it still running. They also tuned up my 2012 Honda Crosstour and got my wife's 2001 Mercedes E320 new tires for a much better deal than I could get in Black Mountain. Very friendly and prompt, grateful to have their help. They even offered another vehicle to borrow if I needed while they worked on mine.

Very nice people but never called back for an estimate on the part, it's been two months. Edit: This was a three star review until he called me immediately after I posted it and said "Well hello little Miss 3 star review" then continued to belittle me and act like it was somehow my fault they didn't do their job. Now I wouldn't take my car there if it was going up in flames and they were the only people on earth with a fire extinguisher.

Chad is the best mechanic that I have found in the WNC area. the professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to explain in detail what is happening to my car is a far cry from other shops I have taken my cars to. The owner is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Subaru repairs. They are the best at what they do. I am amazed at how they can always figure out what the problem is with my vehicles. They are a small family owned business and I highly recommend them with any repairs. They are the best in the business and I have been bringing my vehicles to the owner since 2012. I highly recommend them.
