Turbo failed within a couple months. Was told it was under warranty and paid to have it shipped back. They received the turbo on December 5th. It is now April 22nd and they have still not sent my replacement. They are sketchy af and don’t communicate at all. I have already spoken to Nevada Consumer Affairs and I’m getting ready to file suit against them. They have basically stolen my property at this point. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SHADY!! SHADY!!! SHADY!!

I will never do business with this company ever again ! They took my money and never sent my order and never refunded my money ! I placed my order on 1-21-24 and never got any confirmation email or anything! So I emailed the company and 3 days later I get a response of “ I will check on your order and get back to you today” . So I waited 3-4 more days and emailed again , no response ! So in the first email after they responded there was a a phone number that said .. can text us for quicker response. So I did and received a reply a day later with “ I will check on this order and get back to you today “ , no response. So I text again and then I got no response at all ! So I tried emailing again and no response! They took my money and I never received my order and never refunded my money ! Poor service for a company that’s been in business this long !

Do not buy , they are scammers. It took 4 months to ship my order , it arrived with nothing in it , they have done absolutely nothing to right the wrong, and constantly avoiding any text messages. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Amazing company. I had ordered an Exhaust Manifold for my SR20DET and JOSH was amazing. He answered all the questions I had while dealing with issues on their end. He was very thoughtful and had great communication throughout all the processes. Will definitely be doing business with them again!!! Thank you Josh, you ROCK! 😎

Awful customer service and no communication. Was sent a faulty turbo and when I finally got a hold of them after a week of trying they refused to replace it and told me it was an easy fix to do myself. I paid for a brand new turbo and shouldn't have to fix anything on it. Finally was able to get it fixed under their warranty but what was supposed to be an easy fix took them 4 months with no communication or updates unless I persistently asked. Quality of their products is questionable at best and customer service is inexcusably bad.
