Ts Machine Introduce

Ts Machine, located at 939 Southwestern Dr, Jamestown, NY 14701, USA, functions within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, offering services related to vehicle maintenance and repair. While specific details about their full range of services beyond what is mentioned in customer reviews are not widely available, the feedback from real customers provides insight into the types of work they undertake and the experiences customers have had. As a local business, their operations are accessible at their physical address in Jamestown. However, no phone number or mobile phone number was provided in the initial information for this establishment, which may impact direct customer contact.

The environment at Ts Machine, based on the provided customer reviews, presents a mixed picture. One review describes a situation where an "engine head was brought in to have bolts removed," suggesting a specialized machining or engine repair environment. The comment about being told "they DONT take walk-ins because they don't make enough money on them and prefer taking in dealerships" points to a business model that may prioritize larger, potentially commercial, accounts over individual customers. This suggests a less conventional customer-facing environment than a typical retail auto repair shop, perhaps geared more towards specialized machine shop work or wholesale services for other garages. The subsequent issue of the "engine head is all gouged up" further indicates that while the work was performed quickly and at a low price, the quality of craftsmanship or attention to detail in certain instances may be a concern. The environment, therefore, appears to be functionally oriented towards mechanical tasks, but the customer experience within this environment seems to vary, particularly concerning communication about service priorities and the care taken with components. The suggestion of a preference for "dealerships" might also imply a different operational setup designed to cater to higher volume or specific types of work from commercial clients.

The services offered by Ts Machine, according to the provided reviews, include specific automotive repair tasks such as removing bolts from an "engine head," which falls under engine component repair and machining. This indicates a capability for detailed work on engine parts, suggesting expertise in engine rebuilding, cylinder head work, or other precision machining services related to automotive components. The second review highlights their involvement in used car sales, where they claimed a vehicle was "running perfectly fine," but it subsequently experienced a "blown head gasket" and later a "shot" engine due to "burned out pistons." This implies that beyond just repair, Ts Machine may also engage in vehicle sales, where they perform inspections and potentially repairs on vehicles before selling them. The issues described in the review point to services such as head gasket repair and engine diagnostics, although the execution and thoroughness of these services are called into question by the customer's experience. While a comprehensive list of services is not provided, the reviews suggest that Ts Machine handles critical engine components, general engine repair, and is involved in the sale of used vehicles. Their capabilities would likely include standard diagnostics and repairs for various vehicle systems if they are indeed classified as an "Auto Repair Station," but the prominent issues highlighted by customers are related to engine components and the condition of vehicles sold.

The features of Ts Machine, as drawn from the customer feedback, include both perceived strengths and notable weaknesses. A positive feature, though qualified, was the low cost of removing bolts from an engine head, at "$80 (less than an hour)," suggesting efficiency in specific tasks. However, this is heavily offset by the significant negative feature of alleged damage to the engine head, rendering it "all gouged up" and requiring further expensive repairs or replacement. This points to a potential lack of precision or care in certain machining processes. Another feature indicated is their business model's preference for "dealerships" over "walk-ins" due to profitability, which could influence accessibility and service responsiveness for individual customers. The most critical feature highlighted by the second review relates to their used car sales: the alleged sale of "lemons" and a questionable warranty adherence. The 30-day engine warranty provided for the used car is a feature, but the customer's experience suggests difficulties in timely repair (taking "2 weeks to come get the car") and a failure to thoroughly diagnose underlying issues (burned out pistons from a head gasket problem not being addressed during the initial repair). This reflects a significant concern regarding the quality of their used vehicle inventory and the effectiveness of their repair process for sold vehicles. The "blame on us" mentality regarding the head gasket issue also points to a problematic customer service approach, which is a negative feature. The combination of these features creates a perception of inconsistent service quality and a potential lack of accountability in certain situations.

As an independent or smaller operation, specific promotional information for Ts Machine is not readily available through general online searches. The provided reviews suggest that their primary method of acquiring business might be through their established relationships with dealerships, as indicated by their stated preference for such clients over "walk-ins." For individual customers, the low price for specific, quick tasks might be a draw, as seen with the $80 bolt removal. However, the negative experiences detailed in the reviews would likely act as a deterrent for potential customers seeking reliable and thorough automotive repair or used car purchases. There is no information to suggest they offer traditional promotions like coupons, seasonal discounts, or loyalty programs. Any "promotion" for a used car would likely be the price advertised at the point of sale, coupled with any warranty provided. Given the nature of the negative feedback, customers considering Ts Machine for services or used car purchases would be well-advised to thoroughly investigate recent customer experiences and perhaps obtain multiple quotes or second opinions for any significant repairs or vehicle purchases. The objective information available leans heavily on customer experiences, which for the given reviews, present a cautionary tale rather than promotional encouragement.

Not a good experience with this place at all. An engine head was brought in to have bolts removed, was told upon drop off that they DONT take walk-ins because they don't make enough money on them and prefer taking in dealerships. The recommended a place to go in the future but took the head anyways. expecting a pretty penny to complete the task, but no, $80 (less than an hour). After further inspection the engine head is all gouged up and now needs to be resurfaced or replaced. This is unexceptionable, no wonder the price was so low..... now I also know NOT to go to any local dealerships either since this is what they do 🤨

Beware that this place sells lemons. We bought a used car that they claimed was running perfectly fine, and less than a week after we bought it the head gasket blew (which they tried to blame on us even though we were only driving it around 25 miles or less per day.) It took them 2 weeks to come get the car for repairs (employees out for Covid), and so by the time we realized a week after the repair that the car was having trouble accelerating, it was past the 30 day engine warranty they gave us. Within a couple weeks the entire engine was shot due to burned out pistons from the head gasket problem. They should have known to look at the pistons when doing the head gasket repair.

Enjoy my visit with the owner and even decided to buy a car when I was there. A reliable ride with no pressure sales and service.
