True Service Customer Reviews

My father in law took my husbands car in for a drivers side axel replacement and they replaced the PASSENGER side axel that they claimed was the “broken” one. Unfortunately for them, we got the car inspected the day before we took it to them, and they said the passenger side axel was in perfect condition and was replaced a year before. They proceeded to “fix” the not broken axel, take off the perfect Audi OEM axel and replaced it will the a, not as good, not audi axel. I would like to know where his EXPENSIVE Audi axel went and why it was replaced in the first place. Next, if they would have even bothered looking at the drivers side tire they would have been shocked. It is completely opened and separated. Like they didn’t even look, that’s how bad it is. I don’t know cars, and I could’ve told you with NO EXPERIENCE, that the drivers side was broken. That is a level of negligence I can’t even comprehend. What if his wheel would’ve came off on the highway? Putting your customers AND innocent people lives at risk. Clearly if you take your car here, you need to have an inventory of the parts your car has, and get an inspection before AND after! Will 1000% not be back!

Took my car here to have them replace the drivers side axel as the passenger side was done 7 months prior. Took it home and a few months later noticed the noise was still there. Called and they told me they replaced the passenger side axel as that was the bad one. I had just gotten it inspected by the dealership the week before the repair. Will never go here again

Had my rear brakes done by them. Brake system was not checked. Complete brake system failure. Master cylinder went out and caused car to go into a building. No response on repair estimates for the car. No contact whatsoever. If you wanna keep your car, don't go to them

Can't say enough good about the place, price and quality are unbeatable. It's the only shop (besides dealers for warranty work) that has touched any of my vehicles, I highly recommend True Service.

Possibly over priced??? Based on these reviews I sent my daughter here to have her car checked out after Valvoline told her she had an engine leak. She is at college, 3 hours from home. Guys on the phone were nice, got my daughter’s car checked quickly. They found nothing wrong except the quick lube people spilled oil everywhere. True service charged $180 to check the engine, clean it, and drive it. My mechanic here at home told me he would have charged $100, maybe $125 if he scrubbed the engine clean. I guess I’ll have to check to see how clean the engine is when she comes home.
