Ordered a PTO clutch kit online, shipping from PHX. Next day called to ask why the order was "zeroed" with a freight charge. I was told that the order shipped from Phoenix and that the freight charge was separate because of the transfer. 2 business days later, no order has arrived. Called Phoenix and was told they cancelled the transfer due to no stock available. I was never notified. Spoke to Cesar in Albuquerque and he seemed as perplexed as I did. Listening to hold music that praises "Trust" "Relationships" "Parts on shelf" and "Reliable delivery" just makes the situation worse.

Charles and Trini were both awesome today searching for a ujoint replacement that came off my chipper. They kept at it long after I was ready to surrender...never felt like I was putting them out. Great service & highly knowledgeable!! Thanks again gentlemen ✌️

Want to talk about horrible customer service.. There is a guy named Trini that works here supposedly a service manager, what a POS. Very rude and unprofessional, try to charge me almost triple the price of other companies and would not explain why and got mad and started threatening me when I questioned him. Contacted corporate office and never got a response back from regional manager. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

first time the guy tried to tell us our awd vehicle doesnt have a driveshaft, so we pulled it off and brought it back to him and he said the gears were broken in it, talked to someone else who finally said it was too big to do. waste of time

This place has bad customer service. I called in this morning to see of they could balance my drive shaft today and they said they could. Went home to remove the driveshaft and took it to their shop for them to tell me they were very busy today and that their balancing machines was broken. If their balancing machine is broken, why do I need to know that you are very busy?? Its either one or the other excuse, can’t use both. Also I Clearly hear them say in the phone with another customer they were going to close early cause it was dead today. This was just before the forth of July weekend.
