They're great. I've had the misfortune of being hit twice in a year, they've given nothing but great results. Even nice enough to grab something out of the rental i had dropped off and held it for me. They even have a kitty to hang out with in the shop while you're waiting. What more could you ask for??

On February 3rd my truck was towed to Tri Cities. I was told that I would be given updates every Tuesday and Thursday. I was told that the parts had been ordered and that it would be a quick fix but they couldn’t tell me what was wrong so I asked how they bought the parts and he said they had to tear it apart still. After about 2 weeks of not hearing anything at all I stopped in and talked to shop manager Dustin. He told me that the truck hadn’t been looked at yet but it would be on the schedule to w next day. A few more weeks went by and they had the truck towed to a mechanic. There it sat another few weeks before a broken part was sent so they had to send it back and wait another few weeks. By the time that the truck was fixed was 2 months.Once I went to pick it up, it was still missing parts and hadn’t been cleaned or washed like they said that they would. All this time I had to call Tri Cities because they never called me all but 2 times and each time I spoke to someone new they would give me a sugar coated answer and lie. No one had any solid answers for me. I was told multiple times that the work was all done when the truck had not even been looked at to see what the problem was. Not until the last week did Josh finally start giving me updates. Matt, Dustin, and their receptionist were extremely disappointing. The only guy in the office who actually did a good job was Josh. I would never go back with how poorly my experience was.

PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS TO PROVE ALL! Had work done on a 07 Lexus is250. The work preformed was poor from what they where 15 years ago! Pictures to prove the work done by both paint and body shop. New fresh painted Bumper scratched from grill installation! Paint is Orange peeled pictures to prove! I picked up the car from the shop I had a guy from the office come take a look with me. He said well if it don’t please you we can try again to fix it. They did call and leave a message asking for me to bring car back and see what they can do for me. But I have choose to not trust this company with my car and will not take my car back to them. Lesson learned for me and I will continue to let people know of the work done on the car and continue to show them ever chance attached picture of ( work was preformed with comprehensive insurance) welcome to try this place but don’t be disappointed if it turns out bad. Hope my pictures can show you how they let this car leave there garage. Amazing how hard it is to find people who put pride in there work

I found Tri Cities Collision Center when getting quotes for a deep scratch on my car. First, their quote was less than a the other quotes, they were friendlier, and explained the process, and answered all my questions. The final result of the work was beyond beautiful. No one would ever believe my car had that ugly scratch. I highly recommend TCCC!!!
