The worst Uhaul place I’ve ever been! Male representative who supposed to release trailer for me is literally crazy person, who can’t communicate properly, gives answers not related to questions asked and throws equipment on the ground so it’s just scary to be anywhere close to him. I asked for another representative to help and my request got denied. They did not even apologize. Avoid this place.

Nice experience, simple pick up and drop off. Good car condition. But users do need to bring their locks for the cabin! I would recommend U-haul to pair a lock or remind users to bring/buy one with the truck to save the user some time.

Not an improve but an important comment: I want to commend Shaila, the agent/owner? of the U-Haul location on the PCH in Long Beach. Her calm, efficient and caring assistance after our 15ft truck was stolen the night before we planned to leave CA for MN, and arranging for a replacement 10 ft truck when all trucks seemed scarce, was incredibly helpful. Thank you, Shaila, I hope this message gets back to you.
