I came in to get an oil change. I had a scheduled appointment. I was offered a coolant fluid exchange and was told it would be no more than two hours. I waited at the dealership for 5 and a half hours. The only reason for this Extended wait time that I was given, Was that other things came up before my service for my vehicle was done. I was told multiple times by multiple staffthat it would just be ten more minutes. I was told this for at least thirty minutes. Unless you have to go to the dealership for a warranty exchange, I advise taking your service elsewhere.

Have not had a good experience here at all. Seems like the service department gets annoyed when you ask questions, they also all look at each other trying to decide who is going to help you. They have no situational awareness of why you are there, what you need, etc. Went in for recall work, told them I wanted to have both warranties taken care of at the same time and if that was possible. They assured me it would be and said it would take a few hours. I was planning on staying with the vehicle as they originally said it would take 30 minutes then to be told 3 plus hours. I leave and come back when notified the truck was done just to find out that they couldn't do the other recall as they didn't have the part. Said they would call and update me. It's been over 2 weeks and not a single call. Once this is done I will switch and drive across town to fort wayne toyota

Technician forgot to screw on my oil fill cap after a 120k service, which nearly seized my engine and forced me to tow it when I found out the engine had no oil in it after it spewed out of the open oil fill cap. Then when they changed my oil, they put assigned a brand new tech to do it, and that tech somehow didn't know that oil filters should be hand tightened. Car is now stuck with no oil and an old filter that can't be removed without specialty tools, which I can't get because the car has no oil in it.

OMG $158 for a BASIC oil change. They also delete your old key fob if you lose it & charge you $80 to reprogram it. 👿 Customer Seevice was argumentative.
