I love bringing my car here. The service techs always get it right, but this time, the service adviser Eduardo aguilar didn't do any advising. It seemed like we were a bother 馃憥 he also said he called us over the intercom 15 minutes prior to me asking, which wasn't true because I was sitting in the building the entire time and didn't care to come find us or even send a text to let us know I had to go ask which isn't a problem but when the other advisers give you top notch service and we got the short end of the stick I think it's worth mentioning.

Worst experience ever. They even had the car we wanted, at the right price, but I found out they advertise a low price and tack extra fees on to make up for it while doing the paperwork. Look closely and do your homework to make sure your getting the best deal. After fees their price for a used car ended up being the exact same price for brand new from a different dealer. Salesman was nice but pushing the sale, and even admitted he was trying to make quota before the end of the year. The sales manager was even more pushy and came off as rude. Between them both being so pushy, my wife got overwhelmed and we had to walk out. Salesman proceeded to call 3 times a day for 2 weeks afterward too. We took our money to a more friendly dealer.

I did not appreciate the customer service and the waste of time. I made an appointment at 2:45 pm on a Saturday, I waited for an hour just for them to tell me that they were not going to service my Toyota Rav4. They could have saved me from my time and told me earlier.
