Woke up to discover I had a flat, no spare, and it was raining buckets. Having had surgery recently, I wouldn't have been able to change a tire anyway. Called AAA and a driver named Mike called me within 15 minutes and was at my house within 30. He had my car loaded and on it's way in 10 minutes, offering to drop the keys in the early bird box at the tire store. The most impressive aspect of the experience was Mike. Friendly, competent, helpful, professional. He had a great attitude, despite the torrential rain. We gave him some homemade cookies and a coffee card.

Theyre contracted with AAA. They said they would have a truck to me in 40 minutes.They left me waiting for 2HOURS. When I called they said they needed to call me back. They didn't. I called AAA and they informed me that their subcontractor didn't have a truck to tow me. Huh? And NOBODY could let me know? I had to pay for a private company that was here in exactly 17 minutes
