Great service and support all around. I definitely recommend them compared to other Audi service centers in the bay area. The only demerit is that the service invoice stated that a video inspection was done but I never received a copy of the video or report. However, I didn't go back to request it as I went in for a very targeted repair rather than a full suite of service. Nevertheless, they are my go-to shop and Nick is great.

Horrible service experience, they have zero sense of customer service. from their porters being rude and giving sarcastic answers to upper management whom never returned my phone calls. I dropped off the vehicle to be repaired and had to contact my service adviser for updates, otherwise he would have not contacted me (Kevin), I was told my car is ready and they have fixed it I went in and they had not even addressed the concern, they said they could not duplicate, I went in and showed their nice team leader and he confirmed the concern. Kevin refused to give a loaner. My vehicle was in service for a week with me without a vehicle, and all repairs done under warranty. I don't know if I can trust their workmanship as they will lie and say they have fixed it. I contacted their service manager, service director and General Manager and no one returned my calls, I had to call over and over asking for Service manager then he finally returned my call back. He tried to feed me BS about how vehicles are diagnosed, little did he know that I'm a shop foreman at a nearby dealership. I have already reported them to the BAR & BBB for taking advantage of their customers. Avoid this dealer by all cost if you value your time and money.

Service area was clean, efficient and everyone was super friendly. I work about 8 miles away and they scheduled an Uber to come pick me up and drive me to work and pick me up and drive me back to pick up my car when it was finished. Something I was not expecting! Another little surprise was receiving a video text message from the service tech reviewing what they had done and explaining anything that they found or recommended for the next service. Appreciated that follow up. Thanks Audi SJ!

Good customer service and timely updates on progress. The waiting area for customers waiting for their vehicle while being serviced is well furnished, neat and quiet. They provided a very comfortable and an almost new loaner car that was useful for me to drive to my office while my car was being serviced. The final update included a video with the service technician describing the issue that was fixed and recommendations for repairs, or maintenance in the future. The multi-point inspection proved to be very helpful. The service consultant ( Carlos ) was very polite and sincere. Overall, a great experience!!
