Horrible service! Ordered and paid for pipes a year and a half ago, still haven't received. Called numerous times as well as emailed, with no response and or had excuses. Would recommend to stay away from this company as they do not stand by their word. Gave a one star but that is only because l had to. Will take your money and screw you over. **Highly recommend the brother, Ed Toomey designs who is good to his word!

I have a receipt for a sales.order from 5/10/2023. I have called maybe 4 times in over a year, and every time im told they will be done in a month or two. I don't want a refund, I'd much rather have the exhaust system I paid for. At this point, I'm saddened that I'm willing to take either. I've loved the toomey pipes on the bikes that have them. I still have a set on a bike in my garage. Why am I waiting over a year for a set of pipes? Why haven't I gotten any kind of update? Why do I not get answers when I call or any kind of response to emails? 2025 update: still no refund or exhaust, it's almost been 2 full years.

Absolutely horrible service been waiting a year for my 2 blaster pipes finally get them and chrome was already peeling off. If u can get ahold of somebody and I stress if u can they tell u there taking care of it and months go by and nothing happens. This has been an absolute horrible experience and nobody should b ordering from these people. I hope people read these comments and Don not order from this absolutely garbage company!!!!!

I would say -5 Order made and paid with email confirmation order number but after that no feedback from Toomey. Send several emails and numerous calls but no answer and till now not received my order. People, please stay away from this company and I believe it's fraud!!

This company used to be great. Their products were top-notch, nowadays you buy something they don’t respond to you email phone calls answer a phone call or nothing now they don’t want to cancel my order.

I have a receipt for a sales.order from 5/10/2023. They stopped taking my calls by winter. No exhaust, no refunds, no response to email. In March of 2025, after still being unable to get a hold of anyone, I started filing complaints. I filed complaints to: Better Business Bureau Federal Trade Commission Internet Crimes Complaint Center CA State Attorney General Consumer Financial Protection Bureau With all of this, and then a police report with their local office, Paso Robles Police Department, I ended up getting a check mailed to me for the full value of my purchase! Emily Toomey told the officer that they are so swamped, they haven't made a single set of exhaust because they have been busy with other orders! You can still give them money online for them to steal though. 2 full years to get an exhaust, I would suggest everyone follow the same steps I did. Create a paper trail if complaints and put them out of business!
