Excellent customer service. Professional, efficient, helpful, and on time. I had a flat while driving through, called American Tires and they got me in and out in under 30 minutes.

WOW this place is incredible. We were on a road trip, noticed a bulge in our tire, needed to replace it asap. Went in at 4:56pm 4 mins before they close, they didnt have the tire we needed, but they looked and noticed there was a diff size that is compatible with the vehicle, changed all 4 tires, $320 for all 4 w AAA discount, we were out in 25 mins. They stayed a little past closing for us. Found a solution when everyone else we called didnt, they just didnt have the tire in stock. Totally awesome service. Jason was our guy, but everyone there changed the tires together to be quick. Sooooo grateful! Thank you so much

Fast but better for commercial vehicles, don’t bring your Toyota 4Runner here, I caught the chubby kid slamming my TRD wheel with the impact gun over and over, but the shoulder of the lug nuts weren’t centered, I stopped him and told him to loosen up all The lug nuts and start all over by hand, he wouldn’t listen to me and just kept blasting my Trd rim with the impact gun. I told him you’re supposed to torque them to 85psi with a torque wrench, plus your not supposed to use an impact on my bora aluminum spacer, he just kept going and said “that takes too long, he did put a torque wrench on it after going around it twice with the impact gun trying to get it as tight as he could, It didn’t even turn when you put the torque wrench on the lug nut, it just clicked. It was way over tightened. Someone needs to teach his kid that’s not how you use a torque wrench!

I've used this place for a while now and it's always been great in the past. This time Im here on Thursday October 17th it it was so slow to fix a flat on a trailer. When I walked in one guy was helping a lady and another was on the phone. Understandable but the phone call took quite sometime. After the call ended the guy Said "I'll be with you in a second" than goes outside to make another phone call as the other guy comes back in. They didn't even ask what I was there for yet. Another guy comes in and tells me someone will be with me In a second. He decides to help me and insists ob putting the trailer in the computer. I've had flats fixed here before and never needed to input anything in the computer. I JUST WANT THE FLAT FIXED! (Like usual) this was almost comical how bad the service was today. I have a suggestion. When someone's waiting in line try to deal with them before making another call and you don't need multiple people to put the tires on the one car that's in your garage. I own multiple service businesses and don't leave alot of reviews but I'm still sitting here waiting over an hour later and the trailer hasn't been touched. Hopefully I'll get out of here today.

These guys rocked it I want to hear to get some new tires put on some new rims and there has been a couple problems they had fixed it without a hesitation even gave me some pointers on the next time take all my vehicles here

Jovanny hands down is the definition of excellent service!!!! Was super friendly and provided a quick turn around when we were a walk in but in a serious time crunch. Highly suggest this location and thanks to all the guys who got us out of there quickly!!

My tire blew out on the way back from a beach trip, but luckily we were right across the street from America's tire! They even let us barrow a wrench to help put on the spare, and when they realized we had a longer trip than the spare could take, they replaced it in about an hour! For info, the tire cost a grand total of 106 with tax. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would Def recommend!
