My experience was terrible simple body work I had to find bumper cover the paint didn’t stick he didn’t prime. And he left off several plastic clips securing it. When I got the bill. He then told me he had to put my car on his frame machine… I said I backed into a tree at 2 miles an hour. Way over priced for what I got.

Such nice guys! I locked my keys in my truck and walked over to Tom's and asked them for help, they stopped what they were doing and immediately came to help. Even drove me back to the truck on their golf cart! Got my truck opened up for me in what seemed like two seconds, I'm so grateful. I'll be coming back for work on my truck if I ever need it! Great guys!

This is the place you want to take your car for repair in the area. Chris and Adam went above and beyond to get us back on the road when we broke down on a cross country road trip on a Friday afternoon with two young kids in tow. Extremely friendly, honest, and fairly priced. Small family owned business at it’s finest. Thank you guys!

After 3 attempts to get my 2005 Mustang repaired, I have finally given up on giving Tom's Collision in Dundee my hard earned money!!. It would have cost me at least $3500 for repairing the damage. It's a shame that the customer service is lacking to say the least...No calls back and never get an estimate, so I will give me business to someone else who will not waste my time. Shame on you!!! You know who you are!!!
