Today I was greeted by wonderful employee Daniel McCann. I asked it for a battery and alternator test. Mr McCann was quick and precise about his job and gave me some sound advice. Never trying to oversell someone something they didn't need. He cleaned my battery cables for me and helped to make me feel more secure about my car safety. There was never a charge for this service which is a wonderful service that many people rely on I'm sure. Mr. McCann then looked up a battery price and part price for me. I was very pleased to hear that the battery was $40 less then the big chains like AutoZone and O'Reilly's. And the other part was just mere dollars. So far so good with alternator light staying off. I changed my auto parts store today. I always thought a small local business parts were always more expensive because they aren't a discount store when in fact the small town stores ran by Mom and Pop families have better prices if you just care to check them out. Thank you Daniel for all your help today it truly was greatly appreciated. You always see a smile on Larry's face and he's always giving back to the community. I should have made the switch a long time ago. Clean, well stocked, helpful. I'm upgrading them from four stars to five. Yesterday I noticed my left rear turn signal was burned out. I bought one here and the guy behind the counter took his toolkit out in the parking lot and changed it for me, charging me only for the cost of the bulb. Total cost=a buck and some change. Good job, guys!

Had a reasonably priced wiper blade (the boxed had scuff marks and gashes through the plastic. Packaging looked in ruff shape along with many of their blades) but it broke as soon as I tried to put it on. I went back in to tell them (which some people may not have) and then he told me there was a recall on those blades and replaced the locking assembly with an older rusty one saying the factory ones kept breaking. I was thankful for his help. Seemed odd though. No pricing on many of the items.

Ok when your from outta town and break down your usually up a certain creek without a paddle! I went to this store to get parts and after changing a few things that didn't help they turned me on to BEN who came out and fixed my truck and got me going thank you OK AUTO PARTS, your not ok you guys were GREAT THANK YOU ,RAY MCDONALD
