Complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. The secretary or the lady that first took my call days prior was so kind and optimistic about setting up an "appointment " to make sure my car wouldn't be there too long for a standard tune up/oil leak issue. I got my car there at 7:45am as I was told. 7 hours past by and nothing I asked for had been done. I was asked to pick up my car and then told I didn't know what I was talking about...very likely as I am not a mechanic. I was flabbergasted at the way I was being treated. I will take my business elsewhere. Also I don't typically leave reviews but that is how disgusted I am with the way I was treated.
