I had a flat tire the other day. Called around and nobody could get me in right away. Deb and Gene got me in right away, and I was fixed up in under an hour. Top notch customer service!

Stopped in/had appointment ~1-2 weeks ago. I had difficulty w/ trying to find time in between, before work to get auto needs met. Deb was fantastic, very understanding and worked with me. 10/10 for Debs customer service! Definitely be returning to location.

Gene-I say it every time. Gene's customer service is top notch! There was another young man working upfront and I said, "I have come to this location for 10 years because of Gene." 2012 Honda Pilot my wife bought new has 220K miles. 2011 Highlander I bought new has 247K miles, 2010 Highlander bought used has 197K miles, 2007 Camry with 235K miles and 2003 Honda Accord with 175k miles. All have been serviced and had new tires (many times) at 2800 University Tires Plus because of Gene. Thank you for keeping him at this location!
