Poor handling of returning phone calls. Took 5 days for them to get my car in for a part that took 45 minutes to fix. Caught the guy relaying messages to me, Shaun, I caught him in blatant outright lies and he even called me a liar saying they hadn't broken the latch to my hood and had footage of the mechanic using pliers to open it. When I asked for the footage he said he didn't have access to it. Not only did the problem not get fixed, but several parts and pieces of my car were marked as green, meaning no maintenance was required at this time. I'm shocked at how I was treated and the utter disrespect. Shaun even admitted when he didn't call back one day with an update, that he "just didn't call back." I've never in my life paid $2300 for a car part. They ripped me off plain and simple on a fuel filter that could have been done for $1000 or less. They didn't even fix the problem I took it in for! They have no intention of having me bring it back to help me get my car back out on the road safely. Shaun was rude and remarked about a family member who was affiliated with Westside. I've never been speechless over an employee's behavior. I'll never, ever use Westside Auto Pros for anything at all. Because I'm a female, but I got screwed and spoken to like a child or if they treat everyone like that. The cost of labor is $200/ hr, the time it takes to get the parts and then lose the tracking on the part, the service is poor and employees are rude, and the prices on services are unbelievable and unacceptable. Not worth it! Find somewhere else to have your car fixed! You won't regret it.

Just had the speediest and friendliest service ever when getting my 2014 White Dodge Durango towed that wouldn’t shift into gear! After a little fidgeting with the shifter and emergency neutral switch wet got her loaded up and unloaded safely at my desired location! You guys are amazing! The following day, Jermaine picked me up in a jiffy to bring my vehicle to the shop to get worked on and he was just as friendly!
