I made an appointment online to have all 4 tires replaced. I received a call shortly after from the store informing me they would have to order the tires because no stores in the area had them. I rescheduled for the next day at 3:00 PM. That next day, I arrived before the appointment time and was there almost 2 and a half hours before my vehicle went in the shop. I understand that there are other customers and the shop gets busy, but I expect to have services performed at my appointment time. Even if it’s a little bit later, I don’t have a problem with that. I feel that operations could be managed better. Will not be returning for service again in the future.

I was from out of town for a minor league baseball game and I had a slow leak in my tire. Billy and August Lecompte were great. The worked with me to get to the game on time and get my tire fixed. Great customer service all the way around.

I had an APPOINTMENT for tires to be balanced and rotated. I waited over 2 hours and they hadn't even brought it into the shop to start on it. Another customer told me that he had been waiting for 4 hours for new tires to be installed. I've been going to them for decades. I won't ever go to Tires Plus again.

Had 10am appointment today 4/15/25 for balance and check the two drivers side tires for nails Rear drivers side had nail in it and they couldn’t patch plug it as they claimed it was sideways Did I mention I was there waiting for 3 hours and got there early left after 1pm I get home and the Right side passenger tire is flat I called the lady very helpful said bring it back Well I work and can’t wait another 3 hours The tech working on my car Josh didn’t look happy the entire time and he should had inspected all tires while balancing them I’ll never return and I’ll let everyone I know not to go there

Customer Service staff was very polite. Major issue… They stated I needed new windshield wipers. I agree to replace them. A week later, it was pouring rain and I was on the interstate headed to work. I turned on the wipers for the first time and the passenger wiper flew off!!!
