Best Tire Works location. Emailed for a quote on alignment and was responded promptly. Called to see if I needed an appointment, but didn't and they got the job done in 30 minutes. Awesome and kind staff. I was greeted by the store manager, Chris. He was upfront and honest, letting me know what possible maintenance is needed in the future. Didn't upsell or forced any services that I didn't need. Definitely be back in the future for maintenance services. The front end and waiting room is very clean and tidy.

Called Tireworks last week to inquire about purchasing four new tires and David was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Told him I'd be in on Monday (today) and he informed me that he'd be off. (I told him I'd mention that he took care of me via phone when I went in.) Called this morning and spoke to Chris, the service manager, about coming in and getting it done AND to ensure David would get credit. Chris was awesome! Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and ever so caring to inform one about issues you might be facing with your vehicle and recommendations accordingly. Outside of my regularly scheduled maintenance I have with Toyota, I now have a place to turn to for service that is NOT on my regular maintenance program. Highly recommend you visit these guys when you need tires! I can't vouch for any mechanical work there yet, but, based on what I experienced with just getting tires, I cannot foresee there being any issues with mechanical work being done, either!. I was a LONG time customer of another tire company in town, but, no more! I've found a new, far more friendly company!! Very pleased with the service I received!

Well, I must say.. David had the most amazing customer service. From the quote to the follow through. Tire works offered the best price and I compared Firestone, Walmart and Costco. Johnny greeted us with a smile and was able to get us in right away, within an hour of closing. 2 tires and an alignment under $600 with great customer service! And they answer the phone!!! Great job l, boys. You got a customer for life!

This specific location has always been good to us. Specifically, Johnny, the service advisor, always goes out of his way to make the process seamless. Along with Charles, the master tech these, two have great communication along with the Leadership Characteristics one would look for when you're trusting somebody with your car. Every time I take a car to this location, I am confident that Johnny will get the job done in a timely manner at an affordable price. Johnny is always taking the initiative to give me a phone call and let me know what's going on with my car and reassuring me that my car is being well taken care of. Great team, great work ethic, great people!
