I bought a new house last summer and didn’t want to go across town anymore so I tried the Stephanie location and I’ve been happy every time. Today Earl and his team took very good care of me and Shanti was very kind and informative when she gave me my service update. In addition to the kind and respectful technicians, the prices are always reasonable, and they seem to always find a discount to help soften the blow.

They were great! Shanti was super nice and professional. Everything was explained in detail. Approximate times and dates were given. I received updates along the way and everyone even made my dog feel welcomed. Definitely recommend! Also wanted to note that I didn’t have an appointment. I just had an emergency that they were more than willing to accommodate and help me with.

I love that the Firestone is such a professional auto care in Henderson, as I have been taking my car there for years. I recently purchased a new automobile, and was given higher prices for maintenance somewhere else, so I went back to these guys instead. As a woman, I do not know anything about cars, or the prices I should pay for upkeep and repair, as I've had been taken advantage of by other places. But Earl and Brian have your back, and are amazing at what they do, even with customer service, as I ALWAYS feel so welcome there. And the guys who work in the garage, always drop what they are doing when I quickly pull in to have them put air in my tires. With all of my auto care appointments, I'm typically on a budget, and Earl and Brian give me a great deal - telling me what I need and don't need. They are upfront and honest, and I will never take my Lincoln anywhere else. They have old-school manners, and as a woman, that is how we like to be treated. Plus, they are very professional and do everything the right way!

This morning my Chevy Avalanche was in need an oil change, tire repair, and the brakes inspected. When I arrived at my neighborhood Firestone Auto Care location, Shanti Macias greeted me and understood exactly my concerns and was able to help me make decisions on repair & service details. It was obvious that she is a very experienced Service Manager, and familiar with Auto Care. Shanti made it very easy and painless for me to get my truck back on the road this afternoon. She enjoys her job and takes pride in her work. Very refreshing.

I was extremely happy with my experience there. I went in for front brake pads and rotary surfacing. They found an issue that I did not know about, that you could not see without the wheels and brakes out of the way. Really nice crew!!!!
