Arrived from out of town with a nail in the tire and needed to get it repaired before we could finish the trip. Took the car to them first thing in the morning and they repaired it FAST and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Could not have had a better experience.

Your tire safety is NOT their priority! I would like to preface with the fact that I have been a returning customer for several years with many vehicles. Today however, I learned true intent. The purpose of a tire servicing location is to encourage maintenance of the most important and the only part of your car that actually meets the road, your tires. As part of our routine maintenance and safety, we swap to actual winter tires on one of our vehicles because of its handling characteristics. The weather is changing and it’s time to go back to summer tires… I scheduled an appointment just as we had when installing the winter tires. However I was REJECTED SERVICE this time because we didn’t purchase the tires with them. The tires are obviously used since they are the summer tires that came off last season, however they are well within serviceable limits and over half their life left on them. The serviceability of the tires were not considered, but simply that they weren’t purchased with tire discounters. I will highlight that the tire swap is NOT a free service. It cost us over $200 when we did it last season. But again, it’s not safety or serviceability of the tires that were considered, but whether there was a profit associated with them. It’s not your safety that matters… it’s profit. Whether purchased through them or not, they are still serviceable tires that are safer with the incoming season than the tires on the vehicle now. This is a poor practice and I hope it’s tied to the individual not understanding the policy and not the company. The policy should be tied to tire serviceability. Either way, me and my family are forever lost customers. We have a fleet of vehicles that I will go out of my way to ensure are serviced anywhere else. I will also endeavor to share my experience with my network to ensure they make an educated decision for their tire and maintenance requirements.

Our tires have been a legitimate danger for a while, but since the snow and crazy low temperatures hit they have only gotten worse. We haven't been able to afford to replace them because the cost of tires is high but the alignment only makes it that much more out of reach for us. There was a sale for a free alignment which made it doable for the first time in a long time. These guys were willing to get us in at the end of their day, knowing that it will probably keep them late. Not only do we appreciate their effort, we appreciate their willingness to make sure we were safe on the roads.

Would not waste my time trying to get a wheel Alignment..I'm done here.Don't know what they're doing. Cars pulls to the right.They said tire rotation car still pulls to the right. They say it's in Spec however it still pulls the right it's not in Spec I didn't pull it to the right before!

While service was prompt on my recent two visits, I'm bummed I had to make two trips. I suffered a tire blow out on I-70 and had my car towed in by AAA for a replacement under my Road Hazard coverage with TD. They replaced my tire but set the pressure way too high on the single tire they replaced meaning when I left, I felt a severe imbalance in the car. The car door jamb lists 29psi (Mazda MX-5) which my other 3 tires had been at but my replaced tire was set to 38psi when measured. So I bled the tire down to 29psi which reduced the issue but it still pulled to the left when given throttle. I measured the tread depths and realized it also needed a tire rotation so I took the vehicle back the next day and had the tires rotated for free (bought tires +road hazard from TD so free rotations). My question is just why wasn't the spec checked for the tires and why did I have to push the Tire rotation myself when in my opinion, it seems like the replacement job wasn't necessarily completed without it and was due anyways? It just feels like the job was half done instead of "done right the first time". Oh well, the customer service here was otherwise excellent and fast. TD warranty and road hazard has consistently been a big help for me.
