We recently faced an emergency, by encountering a complete blow out on one of our Run Flat tires. Our destination was on the East Coast. Given it occurred on a Sunday, we had to leave it for Monday morning service. The team there was extremely helpful and courteous, even without an appointment, they had us out the door in 2 1/2 hours. They were kind and helpful and we appreciate their customer service. Highly recommend BMW of Dayton!!

There is just so much negative things I have to say about my experience with the service department that I surely would not have the time or space to type it all. The staff was friendly enough (mostly)and they gave me a loaner to drive while they had my car ( for 3 weeks) but that is where the positive experience stops. In summary I dropped my car off for a recall service (free) and 3 weeks and $1800.00 dollars later I picked up a car that has run worse than when I dropped it off. I have barely driven it due to fear of losing the motor in it. This was initially a 3 hour recall service mind you. The staff like I said was kind enough but unorganized at best. I feel like maybe I had been taken advantage of and then tossed aside. I was trying to build a relationship with this dealership for my automotive needs but will go elsewhere for service and purchase of next vehicle. I am very disappointed and my car needs additional work to operate safely. I gave 2 stars for the loaner car I had while my car was in the shop.

BMW of Dayton makes scheduling and service simple. My advisor, Brooke, is very knowledgeable, friendly and makes sure the job is done right every time. Every visit concludes with a video walkthrough and report of what was done, what was checked out and a suggestion of any outstanding issues.
