Tire Choice Auto Service Centers Introduce
Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, located at 7540 Oso Blanca Rd #175, Las Vegas, NV 89149, USA, operates as an established "Auto Repair Station" offering a broad spectrum of automotive services, with a clear emphasis on tire sales and related vehicle maintenance. They can be contacted at (725) 238-0923 or via mobile at +1 725-238-0923. As a recognized auto service center, their aim is to cater to the diverse needs of vehicle owners in the Las Vegas area, covering both routine upkeep and more complex repairs.
The range of services provided by Tire Choice Auto Service Centers is extensive, positioning them as a comprehensive facility for general automotive care. Their primary offerings typically include:
- Tire Sales and Services: This is a core competency, encompassing a wide selection of new tires for various vehicle types, professional tire installation, balancing, rotation, and flat tire repair. The mention of "Rims and tires were replaced within two days" suggests efficiency in their tire and wheel services.
- General Automotive Repair: Beyond tires, they handle a variety of common vehicle issues. Customer reviews mention complex problems like "coolant & oil leak" repairs, indicating their capacity for addressing engine-related fluid leaks and potentially other mechanical issues.
- Preventative Maintenance: Routine services such as oil changes, fluid flushes (e.g., coolant), filter replacements, and brake inspections are standard offerings to ensure vehicle longevity and performance.
- Brake Services: Inspection, repair, and replacement of brake system components, essential for vehicle safety.
- Diagnostic Services: The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various vehicle problems, including those indicated by leaks or performance issues.
The operational environment at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, from a customer service perspective, appears to be designed for efficiency and professionalism. Positive feedback highlights "fast and professional" customer service. The commitment to completing "the job... on time and at the estimated cost" suggests a focus on transparency and meeting customer expectations regarding timelines and pricing. This points to a streamlined process within the service center, aiming to provide a smooth experience for clients awaiting vehicle repairs or maintenance.
The features of Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, based on the provided customer feedback, present a dichotomy. On one hand, there are instances of highly satisfied customers who experienced "fast and professional" service, with jobs completed "on time and at the estimated cost." The quick replacement of "Rims and tires within two days" further supports their capability for efficient service delivery. This indicates that for some customers, especially perhaps for straightforward services, the center performs admirably.
However, a detailed negative review paints a significantly different picture, highlighting critical concerns regarding the quality of repairs, diagnostic accuracy, and communication. This customer's experience with persistent coolant and oil leaks after initial and subsequent repairs, totaling significant costs (initially $3K, then a proposed additional $1K, later covered under warranty), raises serious questions. The fact that the leaks "persisted" and even "worsened" after multiple attempts at "fixing" the issue is a major red flag. The claim that the "part needed was unavailable" after calling "15 places," only for another shop to "magically able to get the part necessary," suggests potential issues with parts procurement, diagnostic capability, or transparency in communication. Furthermore, the external shop's assessment that the "previous work was actually responsible for the damage/leaks" points to possible substandard repair practices that could exacerbate existing problems. The similarity of this experience to another review from the same timeframe also indicates that these might not be isolated incidents but rather systemic issues. This divergence in customer experiences suggests an inconsistency in service quality, particularly for more complex diagnostic and repair work.
In terms of promotional information, Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, as a national chain, would likely promote its wide range of services, competitive pricing, and potentially warranties on parts and labor. The positive reviews reflect successful instances where they delivered on these promises, emphasizing efficiency and cost adherence. However, the comprehensive negative review serves as a significant counterpoint, illustrating challenges in consistently delivering effective and reliable solutions, especially for complex issues. For any "Auto Repair Station," word-of-mouth and customer loyalty are vital. While some customers express satisfaction, the detailed account of unresolved issues and alleged further damage could impact their reputation and ability to attract and retain business for more intricate repair work. Potential customers should consider these varied experiences, perhaps seeking detailed explanations for repair diagnoses and considering second opinions for major work to ensure satisfaction and avoid recurring problems.

Customer service was fast and professional, and I have no complaints. The job is done on time and at the estimated cost. Overall well done! Rims and tires were replaced within two days and I’m very happy with the outcome.

I had taken my truck to tire choice several times prior; this time was extremely different…extremely disappointing. I took my truck there in November for a coolant & oil leak. They did $3K worth of repairs but the leaks persisted. I took the truck back & they wanted to charge another $1K to “fix” it again. I held off to consider my options. After several months, I decided to take it back out of curiosity. This time they told me the same repairs were covered under warranty so they’d take care of it free of charge. They “fixed” it again but the leaks were still happening. Since they were covering the cost, I took it back again…the leaks worsened this time. When I took it back, they told me after calling 15 places, the part needed was unavailable but they fixed it another way. After noticing the truck was STILL leaking, I decided to take it to another shop in town. They explained that who ever did the previous work was actually responsible for the damage/leaks. AND…this new shop was magically able to get the part necessary to fix my truck. I am not sure what changed with tire choice but needless to say I will no longer take my business there. Additionally, I read another review from around the same time frame that was eerily similar to mine. The photos are from after the truck was “fixed.”

I brought my vehicle in due to an engine misfire and a check engine light being illuminated. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I specifically stated that I was only interested in a diagnostic service at that time. I was informed that the diagnostic fee would be $100. I was subsequently told that a list of components needed replacement, including the spark plugs and ignition coils. Throughout this process, I repeatedly requested the specific error codes that triggered the check engine light and indicated the misfire. On each occasion, I was told that "the tech didn't include them." I had a direct conversation with an employee named John. I explicitly asked if he could determine whether the issue was with the spark plugs or the ignition coils by the time I picked up my vehicle the following day. He assured me that he would be able to provide this information. However, when I picked up my vehicle, John still could not identify whether the spark plugs or ignition coils were the cause of the misfire. Despite my repeated inquiries about the specific error codes, I was again denied this information and was simply told that all the recommended parts should be replaced together. Given that the primary purpose of a diagnostic service is to identify the underlying issue, and I was not provided with the specific fault codes or a clear indication of the problematic component (despite explicit assurances), I do not believe the diagnostic service provided met a reasonable standard. I paid for information that was ultimately not provided to me.

The person helping me was short and came off condensing. He gave me my options of pricing for tires. My tires were $140 each and gave me a total of $445. When I said I thought you said they were $140 each. All he said as THEY ARE. So I had to ask why was my total $445. He put down the print out with the cost in front of me as if he didn’t have the energy to explain. His response was, the government wants their money, installation fee... I didn’t even look I just signed because his attitude, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Another customer came in and he was very pleasant with them. He just made it the worst experience ever. Unfortunately if I dont think I will ever return.

Rob Rice was very informative and kept us apprised of the progress on our car for the hour that we were there. He got us in and out very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Will highly recommend him and his store to my friends and family.
