Tire Choice Auto Service Centers Customer Reviews

Not sure if this is a thing but I have been bringing all three of my vehicles to this location for 5 years now. I needed my Mustang’s motor blower repaired but the shop has been telling me for the past 2 months that the motor blower is on National back order. This is the information I got from Austin and Jeff. I called 2 other tire choices and they said that they are not on back order. So it was apparent Austin and Jeff just did not want to help me for some reason. I don’t know who owns it now but based on this, the customer service is totally lacking. I feel like I need to cut ties. They won’t even return a phone call for any kind of update. I have to go up there or call myself. Maybe it’s because Austin said he would throw in the repair for free. Since I had just previously brought it in for a $1400 repair work I’m assuming they don’t wanna hold up to their word. So I’m assuming that no one’s mustang’s motor blowers are being repaired nationwide right now according to the managers.😏😏😏😏

Manager was bad mouthing x manager and employees went in for a oil change and he came back with a number of issues that the x manager neve r expressed to us. When I said I wanted a second opinion since he was charging 2000 dollars he got a attitude and was mad. Very unpleasant experience and will not be going back there.

Buckle up because this is going to be and essay. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Had an appointment scheduled for Friday 3/14 at 9am for (4) tire and TPMS sensor installation. Arrived 10 minutes early with the expectation that service would be completed in an hour (1.5 hours at most), only to be sitting for almost 3 hours. When I went to check to see why it was taking so long, I discovered my car was STILL sitting where I left it. At that time, I was approached by one of the employees who then informed me two technicians hadn't arrived to work that day and that they wouldn't get to my car until 2pm. What was upsetting is I wouldn't have known that and most like be waiting in the lobby, had I not gotten up to see what was going on. I'm a caterer and had a huge event the next day so I retrieved my keys so I could get my shopping done and informed them I would call to get a status update around 2pm. Now it's 2pm and I was told to arrive around 2:30 (because they were caught up). I was also told my car would be worked on upon arrival. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I sat in the lobby for an hour and my car was still sitting. At the 1.5 hour mark my car finally made it under one of the garage cabins and all wheels were removed. The only time I received an update is when I checked to see what was going on. No one communicated with me knowing I should've been prioritized, and then the excuse I was given was because my sensors were "aftermarket items" it was taking longer. I knew it was a lame excuse, but what could I do? My significant other even called to see if I was still waiting on service (which they never told me about), and they lied to him about the experience I had. The service wasn't completed until 5pm with them only saying to me "I'm so sorry it took so long." No offer to make it right with a free oil change, tire installation, nothing. Under any circumstance should this had taken 6 hours of my day to get done. I had my tires delivered to them a day early so all they had to do was the installation. If you can, do not go here unless you don't mind sitting for an entire day. They threw off my schedule so bad, that I was up preparing for my event until 2am only to not get all items completed and having to take a $350 profit loss. I will never come here again.
