Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

We’ve gone through Amazon for tires and installation before and never had an issue, we see this place has good reviews so we give it a try. Ordered 4 tires and scheduled the installation through Amazon. Tires get delivered directly to Tire Choice. We show up and the front desk tells us Amazon only sent two tires, and that Amazon never set up an appointment with them so “It’s like they send us tires and we think it’s free tires.” Weird but we let the comment slide. We call Amazon and ask to ship the other two. The actual seller (Priority Tire) sent us proof that all four tires were delivered and proof of delivery was signed by L.Lester. Used or lost our other two tires. Wouldn’t trust them for instillation through Amazon.

This place is a joke. I came in for an oil change and was told it was a 3 hour wait. Made an appointment for the next day, came at my scheduled time and was told they couldn’t fit me in because of “scheduling issues.” Would not recommend, just go to the one off bear valley much better customer service.

The organization was the exclusive supplier of the particular tires I needed. The customer service I experienced was outstanding. My brakes and rotors were replaced. I highly recommend them to anyone.
