Excellent service provided after my tire was destroyed by roadway debris on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon. Was back on the road to complete my trip within an hour of calling to see if the shop could help. Treated great. And extremely fond memory of a great service experience.

I had a PSI of 15 through 24 on my Mercedes GLA on my way to work and wouldn’t be seen by any auto care in the area. I called and a sweet lady put me through to the manager, after explaining my predicament as an essential worker during these times, he said come through. Pumped it all, NO charge! Took my car in to get a simple wheel alignment. My wheel was even more un-aligned when I left, I'm talking BAD. So I called the place back and they got me back in a few days later, which I appreciated. Went in and he told me since I had a Groupon they really don't look at the cars, they just try to get you in and out- which is nice to know- so I won't do that again. He goes in the back and tells me that I need an inner tie rod and quoted me $524 for the inner and $724 for the inner and outer on ONE SIDE. I knew that wasn't the main issue, so I took it to my mechanic, who informed me that my tie rod was not bad and if it was it wouldn't cause the pulling my car was doing. He told me I needed a wheel alignment- WHICH I JUST GOT TWICE FROM THIS PLACE IN THE SAME WEEK! So I got ANOTHER (3rd wheel alignment in 2 weeks) and my car drives perfect. It sucks because imagine if I wouldn't have got a second opinion. I would have been out of hundreds of dollars and the problem would have still been going on. I'm not saying not to go to them, but maybe get a second opinion. It could save you tons of money.

I walked in the facility and was greeted by a very pleasant worker. He jumped right on my problem. He let me know what was going on and what my options were. He didnt talk down to me because I was a woman. I appreciated the work and the friendly service. I will be back for more work in the future.

A great choice, very helpful staff, I have had many issues with two used cars and they seem to be able to do anything that needs done. Colin the head mechanic is especially gifted at his trade and is a great people person too. Costs are smack dab in the middle, they are never aggressive with sales.
