I highly recommend Tint World for your window tinting or customization. Their prices are fair, if not slightly better than competitors. Their customer service was A+ and were very friendly and knowledge. The tint service itself took less than 2 hours and looks great. I’m very happy I chose them!

I recently had a residential window tinting done by Tint World Columbus, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and quality of work. From the start, the initial call was helpful and the workers were incredibly knowledgeable—answering every unique question I had and making the scheduling process seamless. They even accommodated my schedule by coming out earlier than originally planned once the tint arrived ahead of schedule, even though it was during the Holidays. Josh, the installer, was an absolute expert in his field. He and the team went above and beyond—helping move furniture and even taking down my mounted television with me to access the window properly. The installation was quick, efficient, and flawless. The tint they recommended perfectly suited my needs and has exceeded expectations since the install. It looks fantastic and performs exactly as promised. Their attention to detail, expertise, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart from others in their industry. I’ll definitely be returning to Tint World Columbus for my car windows, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier tinting services. This company is a leader in their field!

Just stopped in to pick someone up who was getting their windows tinted and ended up getting mine done as well! Great customer service and very knowledgeable! We went to go grab lunch while waiting and didn't even get done eating before they texted and said it was ready! Super fast service!

I cannot recommend Tint World enough. I had my SUV tinted last week and they were amazing getting me in quickly and had great communication during the whole process. My indecisive self even changed the tint percentage last minute and they were quick to complete all my requests. Very professional, friendly with great prices. Will be back for future business for sure!

Extremely Poor Quality Service Our vehicle was damaged by this company. The owner admitted responsibility and promised to repair the damage. However, when I requested a damage report, he insisted that I should simply trust him, claiming that his word was final. Subsequently, he went back on his promise and refused to honor his commitment. I strongly advise everyone to thoroughly inspect their vehicles after any interaction with this company. If you notice any damage, immediately take photos and request a formal damage report. Do not rely on their word. They even attempted to mislead the state prosecutor by claiming the damage was a factory defect. However, we have already taken the vehicle to an authorized dealer for a proper inspection, and the official documentation is now ready. We will soon find time to file a lawsuit and will update this review with further information. If your vehicle is also damaged, we recommend filing a formal complaint with the state prosecutor, as there are already records concerning this company. We will continue to keep you informed and provide updates as more information becomes available. I see they've started lying again in their responses. They are calling the estimate fraudulent because my car had 110 miles on it and the body shop made a clerical error and wrote 110,000 on a car that was only a few days old and the error is clear to everyone. To stop them from cheating everyone else we had an appraisal done and got an estimate from an authorized dealer. Just like they said, they actually did terrible tinting on all three cars and I didn't take them to them to fix it because I don't want them to damage our other cars and then lie again that it wasn't them. I added some photos to confirm for you that they are lying. You just look at this terrible quality of their tinting with sand, hair, curved cuts of film. You won't be able to scam other people and damage their cars since mine, my comment will help them in the future. See you in court! And you will also pay compensation for your slander, your lies must be punished by law.

Stephanie reached out to me after i sent a email for a quote on a 5% ceramic tint all around. She got back to me immediately the next business morning, and was informative and super friendly. We were able to set up an appointment only 3 days after I reached out. Dropping the car off was super easy. Josh was working when i arrived and he was super friendly and allowed me to come in a couple minutes after closing time. The next morning the car was finished in just under 2 hours and overall was a super good first time experience. I recommend going here for the service, quality and price!

Service today was 10/10! I loved how they showed me the differences in what I thought I wanted versus what I actually wanted. Everyone was really kind. The waiting area offered comfortable seating and complimentary coffee or water while I waited. I was told it would take an hour and a half but I was out in 55 mins. I am very very pleased with my service. And my twin will be going to see them as well! Thank you Tint World Columbus!!
